| The beginning |
 Hi There Thanks for visiting my page. I started Weight Watchers October 22nd 2002.I weighed 362lbs then and I think things are so different this time soley because something clicked inside my head. I was tired of hurting all the time. My ankle would hurt, my knees would hurt, I couldnt walk thru our SuperWalmart without hurting the whole night and the next day. If it wasnt for my Best friend Amy ,This wouldnt have happen. She is the one that paid for me to join Weight Watchers online. I can never thank her enough. This has changed my life so much. |

Just recently I have been asked how I have done what I have in such a short period of time. I began thinking and all I can think of is I stay OP and drink 128ozs of water daily and vary my points..some day its at minimum and some days its at maximum. I walk, I do the WATP tape, I just started going to the gym. I go daily and spend at least an hour a day there, I do 15 minutes recumbant bike, 15 minutes treadmill and 30 minutes strength training. I love it there, I feel so good after leaving the gym. I never thought I would enjoy exercising so much. I have so much more energy than before. Losing the weight I have sure makes a BIG difference. I also think not feeling deprived or feeling as if I am on a diet helps so much. I eat everything I want..maybe not in the same quanities as before, but I do not deny myself. |

 If it wasnt for my friend Amy all this couldnt have happen.She bought me a membership for weight watchers online for my Christmas present. I met Amy 5 1/2 yrs ago online and ever since we have been the best of friends. We lived in the same city till a little over a year ago. But we still are in touch everyday, she lives about 5 hrs away from me. She is also on weight watchers and is doing very well herself. I am so happy to have a friend who I can talk to about anything, she is there for me no matter what. |
