Above is the road sign outside the town on the Terowie to Peterborough road.
On the Easter weekend I was able to attend the Rail and Screen Celebrations at Terowie in the Mid-North Of South Australia.
I travelled from the Central coast of New South Wales to Terowie via Parkes, Echuca/Moama, Wentworth, and Broken Hill.
Once I have scanned some photographs I will expand this website.

Above you can see the two Plaques on the left of the photo, which the stairs give access to.

In the above photograph Peter Goers, Media Identity from Adelaide was in attendance to make a presentation
for the new stairs to the platform for viewing the Gen MacArthur Plaque. An intruiging story was told about the stairs
and how there was nearly three sets made available.
This Monument is at the entry to the town of Terowie.
This Website is being developed to expose the efforts of the Terowie Citizens Association and the good they are doing for the town.
