Evolution
In this section I'll show you how Tenshinhan has changed throughout Dragonball. You'll see how his looks have changed, and how his clothes have changed. This section is based off of the animated series instead of the manga. ![]() ![]() His wristbands have almost never changed. They were mostly green with red lines at the sides. (As seen in the images above.) As the series progressed the definition of Tenshinhan's clothes became more detailed with the wrinkles and began to look more realistic (mostly due to new animators). That's about it for his clothes. Now, see how his looks have changed. Part 2:How Tenshinhan's Looks Have Changed Tenshinhan has gone through dramatic changes through Dragonball. The evolution of his looks have really just evolved because of the art style changes and different animators, but it is still interesting to see how dramatically Tenshinhan evolves as the art style and series progresses. During the first series, Dragonball, Tenshinhan's muscles weren't as defined and his facial features weren't the same as they were at the end of DBZ. His nose started out rounded and ended up pointy and larger. (As seen in the image at the bottom.) ![]() ![]() His eyes started out pointy at the top and rounded on the part of the closest to the nose. They ended up pointy at the top and pointy at the bottom. (As seen in the image at the top.) His pupils in his eyes also got larger as the series progressed. His overall look went from not as detailed and "cartoony" looking (early DB art) to a lot stronger looking, more detailed and defined, and his looks looked more like a real human would (later DBZ art). His muscle structure changed too (as did all other Dragonball characters as Akira Toriyama, and series animators, changed the drawing style). The coolest looking Tenshinhan, to me, would be the "End of DBZ" Tenshinhan. He isn't really shown much at all with this outfit, but it is damn cool looking. That's all. |
