J.O.Y.
J is for Jesus. We have to think what He would do and look to Jesus as we begin our daily works here on earth.
O is for Others and what we can do for them. These Random Acts of Kindness, can be making a blanket or hat for a baby or child. Or even saying a prayer for others.
Y is for yourself. Give thanks to Jesus (the Lord), that you have your health, a job, family, food to eat, a bed to sleep in, work to do, eyes to see the beauty of each day, hands to work on things to help others and so/sew many other blessings that you have each day.

Please let me introduce myself: My name is Kaye and live in Florida. As a child, I was abused. After becoming an adult I was in many abusive relationships.
After getting a healthy recovery from abuse, I became an Ordained Minister in the fall of 2007. I've since started Tender Mother Ministries, in which I will be making blankets, hats, slippers, hand warmers, ear warmers and other warm items. These items will be donated to Domestic Violence Shelters or other place's where women and children are displaced.
I will also be making preemie blankets, hats and booties for hospitals in Florida. Several family members, have had preemies and this is the reason why I hope to help these tiny treasures from God.

Welcome to Tender Mother Minstries
This picture is of me, with over 100 Cancer Hats, that were donated to the Veterans Hospital in Gainesville, Florida for those going through chemo.
I'd like to thank all the wonderful people who donated yarn or help with shipping costs to send items to military men and women serving overseas.

baby hats, baby blankets, booties & gently used baby clothes.
Vitas Hospice in Boynton Beach, Florida Current needs are laprobes, slippers, cancer hats, trach covers, adult bibs.

Currently working on 7 inch granny square's to put together into twin size blankets and lap robes.
