By joing this group you agree to the folowing terms and conditions:

• Create and design a character that conforms to the guidlines:
  • Full time member of H.A.L.O
  • Basic uniform used in the designing and no more unless told by founder:
    • Black shoes or boots.
    • Black trousers, shorts or skirt.
    • White shirt or white long sleeve top.
    • Tie is optional.
    • Specialised weapon.
  • Higher ranked members will be given a basic colour to have which no one else can have and are able to add more personal touches to their uniform. These members will be decided by the founders. A request can be sent to the founders at this address: halo.founders@googlemail.com  
  • A description that follows the outlines found here: http://www.freewebs.com/telekinetic-nutter/characterform.htm
  • Link to an email account where we can contact you if we need to (i.e. for promostions to higher officers.) 
  • Personal website where images, descriptions and short stories can be posted about your character (doesn't have to be specifically for your H.A.L.O character.) 
• Optional:
  • Be able to be sent to classes (as H.A.L.O is mainly a school.)
  • Be able to be sent on missions (when character gets to a high enough level.)
  • For both of the above you can:
    • Draw an image to chapture a part of it.
    • A short story following you character.
    • A comic strip following your character.
    • ect....
  •  Take part in contests, could be anything from drawing to writing ect...
