Teens Live For Fun

sad, sad, sad intro

This is very sad. Anyone that's looking at this, should not be able to recieve Seventeen magazine. Seventeen Mag gives out very good advice. Very sad, indeed.

So, I will give out the names to the issues, and type in some cool advice and/or stuff.

Glamour issue July 2007

Even though I said I was going to do Seventeen, I rethinked about it, and I will also do Teen Vogue and Glamour, too.

"Wake up Prettier"

Over night changes can happen, too!

A glowier face: smooth on a serum with glycolic acid every night for a few weeks. Try Chanel Refining Peel Program Advanced ($275, chanel.com). Sex makes blood rush to your face, which makes your cheeks flushed for hours.

Whiter teeth: Use a paint-on kit. Like, for instance, GoSmile Advance Formula B1 ($89, gosmile.com) . Tester claims that she downed 5 cups of coffee everyday, but still managed to have white teeth.

Straight hair: Rub anti-frizz serum on damp hair, then wrap your hair around head, section by section. Tie on a silk scarf, go to bed, and undo it all the next morning.

Fewer Breakouts: Dab a salicylic acid gel (try using Clinique Acne Solutions Night Treatment, $16, clinique.com) on trouble spots at night.  Change your pillowcase once a week, because hair products can build up on it, and lead on to clogged pores.

A smooth Complexion: Lancome Bienfait Multie-Vital Night Moisturizing Ceram ($46, lancome-usa.com). Pros reommend sleeping on a fluffy pillow or two flatter ones so your facial tissues drain, and that you don't wake up "puffy".

Softer Heels: Sally Hansen NightTime Heel Repair Ointment and Heel Repair Wrap ($7 each at drugstores).

Shinier hair: Rub in leave-in conditioner at bed time. For instance, Fekkai Protien Rx PM Repair Strenthener ($65, neimanmarcus.com). It absorbs very quickly, and will not mess up the bedding.

Silky arms and legs: Dove Regenerating Night Lotion ($8 at drugstores). Skin patches, like Vichy Meokine Fusio Night ($36, vichyusa.com) will be a very good thing to try. It does work, though.

WHAT NOT TO DO!

1. Eating takout just before hitting the sack.

2. Piling on too much skin products, in too big of sizes.

3. Having too many cocktails.

4. Constantly going to bed with makeup on.

5. Sleeping with your hair in a ponytail.

Glamour, July 2007

Shocking Truth (or @ least it was for me)

Issue of Seventeen, (whatever mag is sent around the beginning of July 2007)

Hey, did you know?

SKIPPING BREAKFAST CAN JUST ADD ON FAT CALORIES.

Of course, all of you must already know that, so, if you do, then don't read this next article.

Skipping breakfast does not help to lose weight. It just adds it on. Breakfast helps to get the body ready for food, somehow. If you skip breakfast, THEN THE NEXT THING YOU EAT, WILL BE PUT IN YOUR BODY AS FAT CALORIES.      So, skipping breakfast, is bad, if you are on a diet, like me.

To me, I am on a diet, because I want to maintain my weight at...70 lbs. I like being skinnier than everyone else, even if I am over them by a few pounds, but I look skinnier, I m still not satisfied. Not that I'm anorexic, or bolimic, or anything. I just want to maintain my weight/stop gaining a few pounds.

With my puberty, I've gotten these huge hunger urges. I just have to eat. (ugh) so, that is why I have to diet, to lose the calories I gained from the hunger urges.

I gained 8 lbs, for growing 3 inches. that really disappointed me, when I got my physical in PE.

so, yeah.
