Each witch, and indeed each person, in the world will have their own perspective on the rights and wrongs of magic use. Even people who believe that magic doesn't exist will have views, although theirs will run more along the lines of 'if magic did exist, then...' than ours are likely to.
Whilst, therefore, I accept that your ideas on this subject are your own, I do strongly believe that magic should never be used to harm others. Below are some ideas of my own and from other members of the site on this subject...
No affecting free will
No harmful magicks
No devil-worship. The deities in wicca are not evil, or heathen - they are at most unconventional. Therefore worshipping incarnations of evil such as the devil is not what we are about. If that's wicca to you, I suggest that this may not be your site.
No... what I would consider strange... practices in ritual, such as animal sacrifice. Okay, so some of us are a little odd... but I'm sure you see my point. There are a lot of very odd people out there.
