MoonFire Coven

Together, we take the first steps on the road to knowledge

Merry Meet and Welcome!

You are now officially on the homepage of what is, for the time being anyway, the MoonFire Cyber Coven (although I am open to suggestions or comments on the name). I'm Nasilwe, I'm 16, English and into White Wicca, which is to say basically any wiccan/ pagan/ occult beliefs that make sense to me but strictly without any element of black magic, devil worship or other associated practices. Harming others is against my beliefs (see the Wiccan Rede under Wiccan Texts).

Okay, so you clicked onto the site. What is it that you're looking at now? Well, as far as I'm concerned, it's anything you want it to be, so long as you stick to the rules. You can make it, and I intend to make it, a place where solitary practitioners - or just people who want to meet others like them - can chat, make friends, find contacts and have fun. But it can also be a place for sharing ideas, group ritual arrangements, spell directories, learning more about the craft, mentor programmes, lists of helpful supporting sites, or really anything craft related.

I still really need to start doing something with it single-handedly to start us off but, as I have already kind of stated, I don't want to over-specialise what is supposed to be everybody's site into my own personal web page. I regret that due to bad interntet connection and the sort of family that would literally try to burn me if they found out about all this, I'm not around as much as I should be, but I do try.

I am considering the option of initiating the post of joint admin in order to deal with this problem, but I'd only let somebody I trust do that, and it's liable to mean dedication of time unfortunately, so the other issue besides trustworthiness is willingness to actually volunteer.

We do have a forum which, owing to the fact that this place only gets updated when I'm around, is much more active than the site itself. And of course everybody's very helpful. I hope you'll check it out. Besides that, I'm hoping that if I can get around to actually being here more often, this place will start to develop. We shall see. Anyway, I'm on holidays now... so I can give more attention than usual.

Blessed be (for now),

Nasilwe

P.S. The visitor counter broke... so I took it off. We have this thing instead, but it's a little depressing so I may remove it:
