Rules to Join
1.) You must be either a fan of Teela Zain Elmes, or the series Megami Kouhosei. If you're not, don't try joining.2.) If you have a website, you must link back using one of the provided codes. Or you may create your own.
3.) You must have an e-mail address. (no brainer)
4.) Before you ask, no, you do not have to have a website to be a member of the fanlisting, but it would be nice if you have one to submit it in the form.
