I've finally gotten IIS to work from my house ;) So now, I can host content from my house :P but the problem is, there's not really a site yet, but as soon as I get the time to do it - I will set up a Wordpress site from there. Unfortunately, the rest of the month, until probably Christmas break (22nd) is chock full of stuff to do. Including a gay history project that still isn't done yet - due Wednesday, pep band tonight, band concert on Friday... Maybe around the 15th for a release date, but it's unlikely. If you would like to go there, you can hitch a ride on this link. Don't try the file uploader - the PHP will really screw itself over, because it just hasn't wanted to work out for me yet. Plus, it's password protected, or should be somewhat anyway - that also doesn't work either :D. Plus, you can only upload at 60 KB/sec and download from the server (my house net really sucks) at 30 KB/sec. Also, on another note: until I can find some other way, I have to run the site on port 1245, which can be blocked under network security systems that block target services, and the No-IP just redirects it to a port 80 host. So, it won't work at my school (grr) but it's all good, because I can pull it up on my phone :P I think that I can host the site on port 80 from my house, but I'd really rather not because of the security risk... Anyway. That's about it, and I'm getting a DSi for Christmas, and I've installed the Homebrew Channel and cIOS38rev14 on my Wii. So far, playing my cousin's SSBB game has been rather amazing, thanks to CoverFloader 1.2a. That's all for now - and since I may not post much more around here, Merry Christmas :D and it's not happy holidays... get over it. And in the Christmas spirit, I've activated the Red Winter Holidays template for the Webs site. And remember, it's Merry Christmas and not happy holidays... get it right.
Edit: I'm going to have to shut the site down for a while... I want to get a regular site (using Wordpress for server deployment) that people can't just do whatever they want with - and I'm not sure it's exactly acceptable to have a web server on my internet connection with Embarq... ;) have to check up on that.
Okay, so if you have been going back and forth to both of my websites, you may have noticed that I had fixed my DS's L and R buttons with a temporary fix. And you would also know that two days later, it failed. So now it doesn't work at all. And I'm left with my iPod and nothing else. Which isn't bad, but oh well... And on another note, for some reason my school has decided to start blocking out portions of the iPhone site from here, so I can't work on it from school anymore... their Astaro gateway is way to overzealous... it claims that the picture of powdered sugar donuts contain inappropriate stuff in them... so now it won't pull up that page because that jpg file is embedded into the homepage of it. And since all of the other iPhone site pages are in the same directory, it won't allow access to any of the iPhone site folder. Which is also great. There really isn't much to tell I suppose, except that every time I manage to even get on my Webs site admin, they have a way different interface every single time ;) And they should totally make a Webs for iPhone app that way I could actually use my iPod to change this site too :P Ah well. That's pretty much all for now, as I'm out of things to talk about.
I may not have posted in a while, but I think you will find the introduction of new content worth the wait! I am pleased to announce an all new branch of this site for the iPhone/iPod Touch: iCrash Zone! At the current moment, it is pretty feature bare, but if you find anything wrong with it, or want me to add a new feature, email me any time! You can view the site in any major web browser (tested on Firefox 3.0.11, Google Chrome 2.0.172.31, and IE 8.0.6001.18783) On IE 8, some things are rendered out of place, as in most everything, and the arrow nav buttons are missing, but the main portions of the site still function. Placing it into compatibility mode won't help either - things are still rendered incorrectly. I imagine that it works with IE 7, but I don't have IE 7 readily available to test with on my laptop :) Well, that's about it except to give you a link I suppose:
I've had the necessity to add another page to the site. As it turns out, my wonderful school has once again taken control of its content filtering and blocked the best flash game site that was unblocked, FreeWebArcade. We like to goof off, so... I put up Hosted Embeds. The games aren't actually embedded in the page, they're just direct links, but I don't want to make six more pages just for a few games, that would waste too much space on the already crowded navbar... I only have about half my webspace left to play around with, so I need to get flipping IIS to send content over the intarwebz from my house...! That was my weekend project, of which I did not get completed, so content hosting will be running out of space if I don't get this crap working soon, because those flash gamez (sp error on purpose lol) need to have direct links to the swf files and well... I can't get other content hosting with hotlinks, so I have to rely on Webs. (ugh) Well, that's pretty much it for now - I will definitely post if I can get IIS to work obviously :D. And yeah, I know, the post number is getting up there on the homepage again, but I simply haven't felt the motivation to cut/paste a few posts onto the old posts page, so yeah. I have better things to do, like make a few Wii Sports MP3's I found into a ringtone XD lol...

(w00t!) lol
(info: I am too lazy to create two unique posts for both sites about the same thing, so again, this post is a copy from the WordPress site... the only thing that did not come from WordPress is the part in ~'s (tildes))
Yesterday was my birthday… and you wouldn’t even believe all the sweet stuff that I got. (I’m at school atm, so no pictures till I get home this afternoon
) For starters, I got like $90 towards an iTouch (just that day), which puts me just $10 short… I’ll have it before too much longer
Next on the list is a brand new Netgear RangeMax router (exact model number to be posted with the picture) which rocks - top transfer rates of the old wifi max at 50% signal, double the old transfer rates at 100%. Got 60 minutes for my phone (doubled by the phone, so technically 120), and a sweet green wireless mouse. The main thing is that I can almost get a Touch… I wanted that more than anything, but the wireless mouse I’ve wanted ever since I got a laptop - I can use the pad just fine, I just prefer the mouse. Plus, it has all the functionality of a regular mouse, like a middle mouse button, scroll wheel, and it even has this cool little back button right under the scroll wheel that goes back in your history in a web browser, and also is a generic back command for just about everything I could find with a back function
. That’s about all until I can get home and take some pictures to upload, so sayonara (<- SP?
) Gotta go.
EDIT: The BDAY 09 Pics page is up on the WordPress site, and there's definitely no need to duplicate that page, so head on over there now. Also, note that all the pictures are high-res, I had no desire to downscale them for you people who have slow internet, because now that I have fast internetz I don't have a problem with viewing 2856 * 2142 or similar resolution photos :D.
~I hope that I remember to post the pictures to this site too, even though they may just be hotlinked to the WordPress site, because I don't have enough space here :\...~

Heyo, pplz! I am just posting over here to say that I am thinking about buying an iPod Touch (2nd gen) 8 GB model perhaps over the Nintendo DSi. I would like some feedback if you have the time; either on the WordPress site's comment system on my (second newest now) newest post at the top of the page or my email, which you should know by now... Anyways, you can recommend apps too if you like :D - I just want to know if you think I'm a moron for going with the iTouch and should definitely go with the DSi or should totally get the iTouch because the DSi sucks. I have been doing my research, so I know mostly everything about the basics of the machines, but if you own one, I'd like to hear from you.

Oh, and also - I am changing the theme on the site again, because seeing every title in all caps is just about to drive me up the freaking WALL, so expect a makeover soon!
(was edited on 4/30/09)
Yeah, I didn't edit the content box below this one - tough. Back to topic. Anyhow, remember the filehosting problems that I've run into? If you need a hint, look down an entry. Well, I am going to continue to use my Skydrive, but instead of being able to have direct links, since they keep dying after I go through all the trouble to get them, I am just going to have to link to the page. Then, at the top, you have to hit "Download". No crap, as there is with many other filehosts, but I wanted to keep those direct links, and it just hasn't worked out... Skydrive must have either gotten wise to people stealing direct links, or they have to save money on bandwidth and keep clearing out their temporary servers. Either way, I don't feel like downloading all 150 MB of this site's files and reuploading them to Mediafire, which may end up happening at some point if Skydrive becomes too inconvenient, but until then, I will just be working my tail off replacing all of this site's content links... ... ... Could take a while - if you absolutely need a file, and can't get to it on here, I will have a link in this post that will take you to the root of my Skydrive, which will allow access to all of the files that you can download here. I will remove it when all the links are available on the site, because I do have some other stuff in there that isn't for the website - it's other stuff of mine
.
EDIT: As it turns out, only some of the links on the site were affected, but they are the most important ones. All of the links on the DS Development page are down... I will try and fix these - as direct links, not links to pages... no guarantees though.
EDIT AGAIN: :P I got the DS Dev page back in order, I hope it stays that way for a while - no breaks from school in sight for a while :). AFAIK, all the other links are still hot, so I am removing this all powerful link from this post. If you can't get to a file, email me - tell what file you are trying to access, and I will try to get it up and running ASAP. I check my hotmail regularly, so you shouldn't have to wait long :D. Worst case scenario, I'll either 1. e-mail you the file (if you can't get attachments, you'll have to say so in the email) or 2. upload it to Mediafire for you.
TTFN,
TechnoDialga9175
Well, as I am sure this site's 0 visitors have noticed, some (as in probably all) of the links to downloadable content from this site have completely stopped working. This is not making me happy. I hope that at some point, I can get it straightened out, but replacing all 50 bazillion content links again would be a pain, so I'm looking into some alternatives. And NO, RAPIDSHARE IS NEVER AN OPTION FOR ANY FILEHOSTING! RapidShare sucks horribly. And I refuse to put the 0 visitors of this site through the agony that is RapidShare. I should be able to just transfer all vital files over to the tiny webspace that Webs provides, but it may not be enough for everything. I will keep you guys (0) posted.

Nothing important here - just a post to say that I have added a playlist to the Widgets & Cool Stuff page. I also thought about adding it to the My Fave Music page, which will probably happen too. If you happen to venture to the page and it isn't at the top of the page yet, maybe refresh the page and/or wait a bit - I'm posting on the home page before I go and put it up.

P.S.: If you are into DS Dev using PALib, please join #PALib!
Turns out that the countdown to DSL was wrong all along! Embarq made a records error and we got DSL today, not a month from now! Here's the Speedtest.net speed tests for my old dialup and new DSL.
(My faster dialup was in between at 38 down and 32 up - every time I tried to test it after that it would give stupid upload values like 380 Kbps, which we all know is a little off.)
That's pretty much all for now and don't complain about the speed - I take what I get and keep my mouth shut about it
.
Anyway, talk at you people later!
-TechnoDialga9175
This post contains the download link for the devkitARM verion r21, needed for PALib's operation, and was conveniently deleted from SourceForge a few days ago.
Here is the link.
If you notice, all my direct links have popped an epic PHAIL, so it's just a link now... but it still works - I never moved it :)
P.S.: Wintermute can't stop us PALib'ers no matter how hard he tries.
The DSi that we have all been waiting for is finally here! It will be shipped by 4/5/2009 if preordered for $169, not $179 as original estimates pegged. Here are the links:
Black: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2432463
Blue: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=2432464
I will try to get the pictures off the site, but it may not happen until I either get home or go to my grandma’s because I’m running out of time in keyboarding. I however, have yet to see the Polar White NDSi, so that could be fun, because that was the one I wanted, but the blue is pretty cool.
Your Faithful Admin,
TechnoDialga9175
Edit: DSi Pix Page Launched!
If you haven't seen the most recent post on the Wordpress site, you may not know that my dialup bandwidth has increased from 31.2 to 41.2 Kbps (3.5 KB/sec to 5.0 KB/sec) - basically meaning that I can now edit this site from home now! YAY! That's sweet. But, that's all for now I guess, so bye!
-TD9175
This entry is to add a countdown to fast Internet widget to the front page of the site.
P.S.: If you haven't noticed the change in the countdown widget, the phone company has decided that they will backorder the equipment that they need, so I won't be getting DSL until March (actually February) 26th, instead of February 16th.
P.P.S.: This widget has been removed - I have DSL!
I have changed the site's overall design (again. Change is good though, right? The old template was kinda boring though.) and that's about it. I didn't get the aforementioned (not exactly aforementioned here, but just go and look at the Newschannel - I can't update this one from home until I get extended reach DSL) Linksys router, but I did get an 8 GB flash drive and a sweet laptop, as if you didn't know about the second yet -
. AAAAnyways, there isn't much else to tell except it is finally Friday and I don't have school on Monday and definitely looking forward to going to my grandma's and using the fastness of her DSL.
Well, I guess that's all for now.
-TD9175
I finally got a functional Toshiba laptop for Christmas! It is sweet. It has a 250 GB HDD and 3 GB of RAM plus a 15.4" TruBrite LCD and a built-in webcam, along with Windows Vista Home Premium! It is the smartest and fastest computer I have ever used. The only downfall of it compared to the Acer that I had that crapped out on the first of January is that the battery doesn't last nearly as long: only about 2 hr 15 min compared to like 4 hr and 30 min. This is because it has a 1.9 GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor, larger than that of the Intel before it, plus a whopping 1.3" more screen, AND don't forget about the HDD that is twice the size of the old one. (120 GB to 250 GB)
I gotta go though, so see you later.
-TD9175
This widget has been added to the Widgets (& cool stuff) Page. Check it out!
P.S.: I have also included a Countdown to Christmas! (and a countdown to the end of school) widget in this post, so it's on the front of the site.
P.P.S.: I have trashed those countdown widgets - it is 2009 and I am back to school. (Mental "GREAT.... school." :P )

I have made a page that contains all of the homebrew I have released. Basically, that's all this page is. But, you want to go anyway, don't you? Well, go there then. Oh, what, you want a link or something? OK, fine. Here you go.
TTYL TD9175
As you read this entry of the page, I am adding the names of all downloadable Video Game Music to the Project Playlist search engine, so hopefully other people searching for the mp3's of this music will be able to find what they are looking for. A note, though, the download links through Project Playlist are the same as the ones on the site, so even if for some reason you don't trust my files, they are the same. And just so you know, I searched the whole engine of PPlaylist to make sure they weren't there already. They are linked up now.
TTYL TD9175
Yes, it's a mouthful, and took a whole hour to write and perfect, but here it is: (echo) The Mega File Background Music Control Module! This will make available six different files for background music, controllable by the user! Two are dual-file, for people who have .MID or .MP3 dysfunctional computers. Where is this module you might ask? At the bottom of every page. (Exceptions are the Guestbook and The Gaming HOME Forum; content boxes not allowed on there.) Just so you know, I will take requests on more background music files to add to it on the suggestions post of the blog. Have fun.
