Welcome to Willie Mae's Glass. Willie Mae is one of our original members and has quite an extensive collection of milk glass, carnival glass, and especially some nice epergnes. Many can be seen in the Co-op's Ruby Lane store, seen in the column to the right. To find the items that are Willie Mae, search the shop for WMD* and it will show only her items. (Remember to put the asterisk after the letters "WMD")
Among her many beautiful pieces, she has a lovely collection of carnival glass including a very interested German biscuit jar made into an oil lamp. Here's a video made by the Co-op manager to talk about this lovely lamp.

Brockwitz "Triple Alliance" Kerosene/Oil Lamp, Marigold Carnival Glass, German, WWI Era
This oil lamp was made from an old German carnival glass biscuit jar. The lamp fitting is American. The pattern, "Triple Alliance", is possibly named after the German political alliance that existed in WWI. It has a somewhat triangular pattern throughout. It is in perfect condition and comes with an unusual chimney that is slightly flattened.

Fenton Hobnail Milk Glass Epergne
This is a lovely pre-1973 unmarked Fenton Epergne with three flutes, perfect condition. The classic hobnail pattern and fluted edges will gracefully light up any room with elegance and charm. This is the 8.5" bowl with 7 rows of hobs and 6" flutes.

Westmoreland Ruby glass pitcher, paneled grape
This is an unmarked Westmoreland "Paneled Grape" milk or water pitcher in beautiful ruby glass. My mother collected Westmoreland glass and so I learned at an early age to recognize its characteristic heft. It has the heavy feel of high quality Westmoreland glass and a good sharp set of ridges in the bottom. (These would be either absent or very mildly present if it were not original. This has been in the same collection for 30 years. They don't show up as well as I'd like in the photo, so I will try to get a better one taken soon.) The vine handle on this pitcher is also very well-detailed.
