Team Wyoming Disc Golf
Welcome to Team Wyomings Disc Golf site. And yes the do have more than Cowboys around Wyoming. Team Wyoming started playing Disc Golf in 2004 with just a few discs at Hamblin Park in Evanston. In fact we had no clue that there were drivers, mid-ranges, or putters. Disc that did different things if you threw them a certain way and all that fun stuff. We all played this in a high school class for fun but we only had those fun frisbees from Walmart. Jeremy was alittle more into it as he had some real discs. It wasn't until 2 years ago we got real serious about this when Jeremy took us to Utah to play in thursday night doubles. Then we went to a tournament. I was not real impressed until Jeremy took us to Solitude to play. After playing there and winning some tournaments we saw the true potential in the sport. We enjoy playing anytime of the day that we can and anytime of the year. Wheither its raining, snowing, or blowing we are there. We hope to make this a bigger attraction in Evanston as it promotes our moto "Fresh Air, Freedom, and Fun". This sport is for all ages and a great family outing.
