This website is slightly out of date in regards to rules and applications, so if you are going to apply, everything on the Team Unknown Stars forums should be taken as correct, not what is written here. I am going to make an effort to update this page now that I have some time over the summer, but for now, all of the rules and information on the forums supersedes anything posted on this site.
