The spring of 2006. Admin, TSS Insanity, had this insane idea (hence the name insanity as her gamertag.)that she and few of her friends could create a whole new clan from the dirt and raise it.
TSS stands for Team Suffer Shot. Originally, the name was Suffer A Shot. But the decision was to shorten the name to Team Suffer Shot because of the letter requirement. Also, the extra letter was not so needed.
Their hopes for TSS is that one day it would be able to measure up to the likes of the KSI clan.
