-Preliminary training (we have along way to go)

-Contract for pilot arrived, just checking to make sure were not being conned

-Training is improving, times are getting faster and we are lasting longer

-Finalising dates for swim

Sponsor money beginning to arrive

-40 minute time trial which is being recorded to determine aerobic speed... (graphs coming soon to show progress)

-Collecting information for accomadation in Folkestone, looks like we are going camping then  ...

-We have worked out our average swimming speed is currently 3km per hour were doing pretty well just hope we keep it up

Not much else happened this week continued training and we are on track...

Again not much to report on, more sponsors coming in and training is improving...
