TDWP Tomorrow People Project

An Original Tomorrow People Fiction Series

Series Information

SERIES GOAL

The goal of this new series will be to tell exciting, original, inventive stories. Stories should generally be of a science fiction themed nature but can also be fantasy, mystery, suspense, or action story. The leads of the series are to find the resolution to the dilemma that faces using the means of violence. Stories should always show that there is an alternative solution to solving problems that face oneself – you can obtain your goals by positive and peaceful methods.  Stories should remain true to the spirit of the original series.

PREMIERE SEASON

The first season of stories will consist of four separate adventures. (Subsequent seasons will consist of between four to six stories.)

  • Adventure One – will introduce our 4 main characters and set up the premise of our series. There should be some sort of mystery for the team to solve, but the primary focus of this first adventure is to establish our characters.
  • Adventure Two – will be the first ‘proper’ adventure.
  • Adventure Three – this adventure should center on one of our four main characters.
  • Adventure Four – this adventure should put our main characters in some sort of peril that will be resolved in the opening story of the second season. This story should end on a climatic cliff-hanger that will incite readers to want to tune back next season to find out how the adventure is resolved.

THE CHARACTERS

The series will concentrate on our four main characters:

  • 21 year old Michael Morgan from Chicago , Illinois , USA
  • 19 year old Sondra Mills from Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey , England
  • 26 year old Thomas Banks from Brighton , England (Thomas is the leader of the Tomorrow People and will serve the same purpose as John did in the original series)
  • 15 year old Robin Scott from Victoria , British Columbia , Canada (the newest recruit to the team)

The series will also feature TIM, the bio-morphic super computer that maintains the Lab, co-ordinates the other computer systems in the lab, guides and assists the Tomorrow People, and is a resourceful database of useful facts and information.
