The Dominant Womyns Luncheon

We ask for your help with spreading the word about this event. So much love and care has gone into it and we would love to see it just as well supported by our community as any fabulous fetish party!
If you attend or organise a munch, own a website, have links with a magazine or attend any other function and you feel that would like to help out - we would greatly appreciate that!

We are asking for kind donations of time and services that will allow us to put on a truly remarkable event with the maximum potential for fundraising. All the funds we raise will be going to where we feel it is most needed - into Cancer Research. Specifically, we have catergories relating to the event in which we would appreciate donations. These are:

1. Prizes for a charity raffle or auction. As is, we already have some incredible prizes to offer our attendees but still appreciate your contributions.

2. Contents for a goody bag we shall be handing out as part of the ticket price.  Our aim is to sell 35 tickets, so any donations will need to be in multiples of this number. Any surplus, which we hope shall not be the case, will be put into the raffle as prizes or auctioned.

3. General donations of things we need to actually put the event on, flowers, food, drink, tables and chairs, event decor, roughly based around a pinkish theme.

Tables and chairs to seat 30. Catering equipment to deal with holding a buffet for aprox. 50
(Currently we are hiring but if this cost can be saved and put towards the fund raising effort that would be best!)

A bolt of pink fabric for decor

Pink ballons and general room dressing materials

Pink ribbon (getting the theme?!)

Anything else you think might help....

4. Money
If you would like to make cash contributions towards the event then please get in touch or do so directly to the charity and help to bring us all closer to the day when people are not suffering from cancer and its repercussions.

We want to make this as good as we can possibly make it -  the more help we can get the closer we will be to achieving this still far-off goal.
