What a great final show, tinged with sadness! Many members were heartbroken when Logan Brown's gentlemanly horse laid down and died in the warm up circle. Logan, we know what a loss you have suffered and pray for comfort in this time of sorrow.

Congrats to all the silent auction winners, those were some awesome items. Congrats to Cindy Law who won the  diamond horseshoe ring donated by Gary's Gun and Pawn of Mt. Pleasant. The jacket and tee-shirt color that won the most votes "MAROON". Thanks go out all that took time to vote. If you didn't get sized for your jacket, please call Rick Simpson and get your jacket size in. Orders ship next week.

Board Meeting : Wednesday, 7pm @ Western Sizzlin

Points Audit: Tuesday, 7pm @ Nonie Pelham's home, if you have any disputes concerning points please direct them to Nonie Pelham.

The board met via phone and majority voted in favor of booking the following shows on the TCBRA schedule with the Equine Pavilion in Sulphur Springs due to an unusually wet season, which have resulted in show cancellations.

November 28, 2009

We will still have the November 13, 2009 show at Pickton - Circle 3 Arena

TCBRA is sanctioned with NBRA. If you meet TCBRA member requirements for the 2009 show season, you will be eligible to compete in the NBRA "RUN FOR THE BIG BUCKS" Finals and Represent TCBRA in the "BATTLE OF THE ASSOCIATIONS" on April 9th-10th & 11th, 2010 at the Marshall City Arena in Marshall, TX. For more information and details on the Finals visit NBRA's website:http://www.nbra.biz/
