The Self Accelerating Plasma Tube

Anyone who has recieved the latest New Energy News newsletter should have
also recieved an additional advertisement by Stefan Marinov titled, "MARINOV:
ANNUS HORRIBILIS", which accompanied the newsletter and also appeared in the
March 28th 1996 issue of Nature magazine.
Basically it is an update of his scalar magnetic field theories and devices
which appeared on page 299 of the proceedings from the May 1994 Symposium
on New Energy.
In this paper I would like to bring to your attention one of his devices he
calls the SIBERIAN COLIU. Following is a small extract from the advertisement
which describes its components in principle.
"A cylindrical magnet is cut along one of its axial planes and the one half
is turned up-down (the magnetic forces themselves do the rotation). Around
this magnet, there is a trough filled with mercury in which the copper ring
which can be seen at right swims (the children take salt solution and suspend
the ring on threads). After sending a current of some tens of amperes from
the battery at left, which is regulated by the rheostat, the ring begins to
rotate. That's all!"

According to his theories, you can do the reverse. Rotate the copper ring
clockwise and it will generate power in the same direction of current flow.
Yes I said the same direction. Marinov has demonstrated and proved this in
his devices. What this means, and as he explains, is that working as a motor
or a generator, there is no opposing torque to the direction of rotation and
hence the device becomes "Self Accellerating" and as long as you draw power
from it, it will power itself.
There is one barrier when constructing this as a mechanical device and that
is friction. Due to the low torques generated, friction halts the self
accellerating process but its seems that Marinov has overcome this and
implies that he has a SIBERIAN COLIU working as a PERPETUUM MOBILE and will
soon present this at a press conference.
It soon comes to mind that if his theories are true and his device is indeed
doing what he explains then surely there must be a way to tap this energy
in a more efficient way than a crudely inefficient electro mechanical device.
I believe I have come up with such a way and device. I have been able to do
so by deriving an analogy of Marinov's Scalar Magnetic Theory to the rotation
of the Earth.
If the Earth were a spherical magnet with the same field properties as that
of Marinov's cylinder magnet, and the sun constantly supplied electrons just
like that of the battery, then the Earth's ionosphere and crust would act
like the copper ring and rotate. If this is so, no wonder that satelite
tether was vaporised. It would have been tapping into an unimaginable amount
of energy that was keeping the earth in perpetual rotation. You can bet NASA
never heard of Marinov's theories.
>From this analogy it then becomes easy to imagine an efficient device with
no moving parts that may utilise Scalar magnetism to derive free energy and
power itself.
All that would be required is to replace the copper ring with an ionised
gas plasma that may be contained in a sealed tube in the shape of a donut of
which the cylinder magnet will then be placed in the hole. Two metal
conductors shall be placed at oppossing ends on the outside of the donut tube
of which their axis will be at right angles to the cut plane of the cylinder
magnet.
When a DC current is placed on the electrodes and the gas is ionised, it will
become conductive (maybe even superconductive). This will cause the gas to
rotate inside its donut tube (according to Marinov's theory). This will
inturn generate more current in the same direction of the applied current
flow and the device will become self generating and the excess power may be
fed to a load.

As can be seen above, there are no mechanical parts and hence, no friction
to over come so even the smallest amount of torque on the gas plasma will
soon accellerate to very large amounts as determined by the amount of current
the load draws.
I believe other successful vacuume tube energy devices of the past must have
worked by utilising the same principles. T. Henry Moray was quoted as saying
the amount of energy his device produced was determined by the load he placed
on it. The more load he connected, the device powered with no problems.
This is inherent in the working principle of the above device.

Tremendous static charge generation on a plastic web causes unique
physical phenomena and special problems. Solution was simple and cost
effective.

David Swenson of 3M Corporation describes an anomaly where workers encountered a strange "invisible wall" in the area under a fast-moving sheet of electrically charged polypropelene film in a factory. This "invisible wall" was strong enough to prevent humans from passing through. A person near this "wall" was unable to turn, and so had to walk backwards to retreat from it.
This occurred in late summer in South Carolina, in extremely high humidity. Polypropelene (PP) film on 50K ft. rolls 20ft wide was being slit and transferred to multiple smaller spools. The film was taken off the main roll at high speed, flowed upwards 20ft to overhead rollers, passed horizontally 20ft and then downwards to the slitting device, where it was spooled onto shorter rolls. The whole operation formed a cubical shaped tent, with two walls and a ceiling approximately 20ft square. The spools ran at 1000ft/min, or about 10MPH. The PP film had been manufactured with dissimilar surface structure on opposing faces. Contact electrification can occur even in similar materials if the surface textures or micro-structures are significantly different. The generation of a large imbalance of electrical surface-charge during unspooling was therefor not unexpected, and is a common problem in this industry. "Static cling" in the megavolt range!
On entering the factory floor and far from the equipment, Mr. Swenson's 200KV/ft handheld electrometer was found to slam to full scale. When he attempted to walk through the corridor formed by the moving film, he was stopped about half way through by an "invisible wall." He could lean all his weight forward but was unable to pass. He observed a fly get pulled into the charged, moving plastic, and speculates that the e-fields might have been strong enough to suck in birds!
The production manager did not believe Mr. Swenson's report of the strange phenomena. When they both returned to the factory floor, they found that the "wall" was no longer there. But the production workers had noticed the effect as occurring early in the morning when humidity was lower, so they agreed to try again another day. The second attempt was successful, and early in the morning the field underneath the "tent" was strong enough to raise even the short, curly hair of the production manager. The "invisible wall" effect had returned. He commented that he "didn't know whether to fix it or sell tickets."

Problems: coulomb forces would be expected to *attract* a person into the "chamber" formed by the PP film, and the attractive force should be fairly linear across distance. There should be no "wall" in the center, a "wall" is repulsive and nonlinear. If for some reason a person was repelled from the center of the chamber rather than being attracted, the repulsion force should exist over a large distance, it should act like a deep pillow which exerts more and more force as one moves deeper into it. It should not behave like a "wall". This is how magnets and iron behave, and this is how e-fields and conductive objects should also behave.
A thought: unspooling of film typically generates higher net charge on the long piece of film than on the limited surface of the spool. However, since net charge is conserved, imbalances of charge MUST be equal and opposite. The charge on the entire length of moving film MUST be equal in magnitude to the charge on the spool, yet the charge on the film is very large and is continuously increasing. The limited surface-charge on the spool indicates that opposite charge is being lost through some unseen path, most probably as IONIZED AIR.
Charged air would arise in the cleft between film and spool as the film was peeled from the spool. I wonder if film was peeled from the top of the spool, so that any ionized air would be launched into the "tent-chamber" region? If it was peeled from the bottom of the spool, the charged air would end up outside the "tent." Or, if a corona discharge arises in the cleft between film and spool, perhaps the UV and e-fields of this corona can ionize the air on both sides of the exiting plastic film, and spray the charged air everywhere.
So, if the charged "tent" of film is negative in the above situation, and if a large quantity of positively charged air is being generated at the spool, then perhaps the "invisible wall" is caused by a cloud of suspended air ions. Perhaps it is a pressure gradient created by ionized air trapped under the tent by electrostatic attraction. Yet this effect would be expected to create a diffuse zone of increasing force, not a "wall", but an "invisible pillow."
However, a volume of charged air is somewhat analogous to iron filings near a magnet. If a solid sheet of iron filings is held in place by a magnet, then a literal "wall" is created, and this wall will resist penetration by nonferrous objects. If in the above manufacturing plant a sheet of highly charged air is for some reason being held in place by the fields created by the charged film, then a transparent "wall" made of charged air would come into being. It might resist penetration by human bodies.
My question is this: if the entire situation could be turned on its side, so the "invisible wall" became an "invisible floor", could a person *stand* on it? Have we discovered the long-sought "Zero-G waterbed?" :) - B.B.

Also: I wonder if the (I assume) huge quantity of air ions had anything to
do with your weird phenomenon. Maybe the "wall" effect involves a plug of
ionized air which is held in place by the opposite charge on the film. If
so, your repulsion phenomenon would not occur if the "tent" of film was
replaced with highly charged metal plates, since the source of
oppositely-polarized electric wind would then be missing. I'm still
convinced that the charged film should produce an attractive force upon a
human body. Repulsion requires that the human be charged with the same
polarity as the PP film, yet induction should produce an *opposite* body
charge, so attraction is expected. But if a plug of oppositely-charged
air was strongly attracted into the "tent" of PP film, it might produce a
significant pressure-gradient in the surrounding air. A fraction of a PSI
per foot would be more than enough to prevent someone from walking
forward. If this is the origin of the effect, then the repulsion forces
you experienced involved air pressure rather than electrostatic
attraction/repulsion.
This might be an entirely new way to accomplish levitation. Attract
a whirling blob of ionized air to an oppositely-charged plate, then use
the resulting pressure gradient to lift and manipulate uncharged objects.
Sort of like a fluidized bed, but using charged air instead of sand.
Why doesn't the population of opposite ions "plate" itself onto the
plastic surface? Maybe it tries to do so, but the air within the moving
tent is swirling like a horizontal tornado, so the charged air cannot
simply move straight to the plastic film. If true, then the phenomena
would not appear if motionless charged air and oppositely charged plastic
were present. The tent shape and the motion of the plastic would also be
required. Incredible coincidence that all the required components could
ever come together in one place! (if this is indeed how it works!)

The brush noise from the DC motor provides a pulse signal to the coil,
which modulates the 'colliding' field pattern of the magnets and creates
interesting scalar effects within a narrow pencil-beam pattern which extends
from each face of the magnet out to a few inches.

Mr. Bedini suggests these experiments:
Purchase two identical music CDs. Listen to both to verify that
they are identical. Now let the "scalar beam" play all over the
surface of one of the CDs for about one minute. You may want
to build a simple rotating platform to make this process more
convenient. Now play the two CDs and compare them again. Hear
any difference? (Note, this process is patent pending, so do not
use it for any other purpose except to demonstrate the reality
of the effect)
Connect a small probe-coil to an oscilloscope, then move it around
in the beam and observe the waveforms.
Taste some wine, then put it in a small airtight container and
place it against the magnet face for a few (minutes? hours?)
Taste it again. Improvements? Try it with and without the
power supply connected to verify that any changes are caused by
the scalar beam and by just the magnetic field.

Place various foodstuffs in the beam then compare flavor with untreated
samples.
Grow two collections of plants, water one with normal water, water the
other with water that's been treated by several minutes??hours??
exposure to the beam. As a control, use water which was held nearby
identical magnets but without the coil.
Aim the beam directly at a plant for many days, compare it with another
untreated plant as a control. (Shield the magnet, or place a similar
magnet-block near the control plant.)
Sprout two groups of seeds, one treated and one untreated, and look for
differences in number, health, growth rate, etc., between the two groups.
Measure the growth of the tip of a plant stem by using a tiny lever,
mirror, and laser beam. Graph the growth rate, then treat the plant with
the scalar beam and look for changes in the growth rate. (Note that
this method can also be used to observe plants' realtime response to
numerous stimuli both conventional and "weird." Fertilizer? Light?
Music? Magnetism? Pyramids? Good/Bad thoughts?)
Observe microscopic lifeforms in pond water, then expose them to the beam
and see if their behavior changes while it is operating. Or, expose the
water to the beam for several minutes??hours??, then compare the
number and activity of lifeforms in the water with an untreated bottle.
Or, compare the effects of adding treated or untreated water to the
slide under the microscope.
Use an opamp buffer and an audio amplifier to listen to the noise output
of a capacitor which is shielded in a thick copper box, (or does a
resistor or transistor work better?) then aim the beam at the box and
listen for signals, or monitor changes to component values. See:

You understand how resonance can shatter a glass? Well, the same principle
applies to mass, including living tissue and organs. Tune to that mass
aggregate resonance and project an amplified signal and you can blow it up.
You don't believe it? I have seen video tape (which we will try to set up in
future as an animation file) of paramecia being 'exploded' by purely sonic
frequencies. At their resonant peaks, the critters stop and vibrate. As the
amplitude of the signal is increased, they begin to swell and flatten until
their outer membrane pops, spilling all the guts. From that point, believe
it, they are dead.
Further research claims to have found certain CONDITIONS to also be responsive
to specific aggregate resonances. For a better understanding of the
principles involved, I suggest you also read NEUTRAL1.ASC on KeelyNet, with
particular attention to the concept of the neutral center AND the tetractys.

This is the way the BLASTER5 program was used.
1. Open your computer case and disconnect the SPEAKER wires.
2. Get an RCA audio jack, drill a hole in the rear of your computer and
mount it.
3. Attach the two computer wires to the audio jack.
4. Construct a pair of single wire electrodes, where one wire leads from
each electrode to be joined in an audio jack
(see electrode construction details at end of this file)
5. The computer speaker jack is connected by an audio cable to any audio
amplifier (Radio Shack has several). This is used to amplify the
computer speaker signal.
6. The electrode wire (which drives TWO one wire electrodes) is connected
to the output of the audio amplifier.

Public Domain Information Regarding Experimentation with Resonant Frequencies
1. In general, the frequencies pass through the path of least resistance
between the electrodes. This pathway may be:
A. Directly between the electrodes.
B. Along conductive paths such as acupuncture meridians.
C. Through conductive body fluids such as blood.
D. Through body tissue containing saline fluids.
E. Through the area directly under (touching) the electrodes.
2. Experimentation, therefore, is a combination of knowledge of these
pathways, as well as a good deal of common sense. ie: an organism
circulating the blood would be best encountered at a place in which the
blood circulates in large quantities. Many experimenters have tried using
electrodes on such places as:
A. The feet, in order to resonate microbes that may reside
in, or pass through the legs, feet and crotch area.
B. The arms, in order to resonate microbes that may reside
in, or pass through the arms or chest area.
C. The buttocks, in order to resonate microbes that may
reside in, or pass through the lower abdominal area.
D. The back, in order to resonate microbes that may reside
in, or pass through the chest area.
E. Directly on surface lesions, in order to resonate
microbes residing in the infected area.
F. On either side of the neck, or throat, in order to
resonate microbes residing in the throat or neck area.
G. On both cheeks, in order to resonate microbes residing in
the mouth area.
H. On either side of the stomach, in order to resonate
microbes in the stomach and intestine area.
I. On either side of the nose, in order to resonate microbes
in the sinus area.
J. One electrode wire split off to two electrodes on the
arms, and one electrode wire split off to two electrodes
on the feet, in order to resonate microbes residing below
the neck.
K. Lying down on two long electrodes that are side-by-side,
separated by an insulator of duct tape or similar
material.
3. Several application methods have been tried using stainless steel
electrodes, such as:
A. Electrodes bare against the skin.
B. Electrodes covered with separate washcloths damp with
epsom salt water.
C. Electrodes covered with separate sponges damp with epsom
salt water.
D. Electrodes submerged in separate pans of warm epsom salt
water.
E. Use of a large and a small electrode, for concentrating
the frequency at the site of the smaller of the two
electrodes.
4. Several timetables have been used by experimenters in various
circumstances, including:
A. 5 minutes per frequency, with several or all suspect
frequencies being used.
B. Several frequency applications per day in the case of
microorganisms that would normally "run their course" die
out in several weeks or less on their own.
C. 3 to 5 minutes per frequency once every third day for 60-
90 days on microorganisms that will not die out on their
own.
5. Several general sources of information that may be helpful are:
A. John F. Crane's Polarity Research Manual.*
B. Any acupuncture books with meridian charts.
C. Any literature regarding electrode placement of galvanic
stimulators.
IMPORTANT NOTES AND CONSIDERATIONS:
If damp cloths or sponges are to be used with the electrodes, take care to use
separate cloths, for each electrode. If this is not done, and one cloth is
placed over both electrodes, the frequency will pass directly from one
electrode to the other through the damp cloth or sponge, and bypass entirely
the tissue that is the intended target of the frequency.
This same principle applies when using pans of epsom salt water. Do not place
both electrodes in the same pan of salt water. If both electrodes are placed
in the same pan of salt water, you are shorting the electrodes through the
epsom salt water, and the frequency will pass through the water, and not
through the intended tissue.
Do not touch the metal electrodes together while the frequency is turned on,
or you risk damaging your equipment.
Many experimenters do not realize that it may take 60 to 90 days to reach most
or all of the targeted microorganisms with an experimental electrode system.

Electrode Construction Details
Estimated size of each electrode is 4" X 5"
You will need to construct two of these electrodes.
Buy about one yard of soft terry cloth fabric.
Buy a couple of strips of velcro fastener material to seal the terry cloth
pouch that you will sew.
Buy two CELLULOSE sponge pads PER ELECTRODE (4 total), about 1/4 to 1/2 inch
thick. Don't use artificial sponges as they are not sufficiently
conductive.
You can use sheet metal, aluminum or stainless steel sheets for the
conductive plates that go on the inside of the terry cloth electrodes.
Cut the terry cloth and sew into a flat pouch, open on one end.
Solder a single insulated stranded wire to a metal plate, sandwich the plate
between the two cellulose sponges and insert into the pouch.
Attach velcro so that the pouch can be closed.
The other end of the wire connects to one leg of the audio jack (one
electrode wire per audio jack leg) that plugs into the output of the audio
amplifier. The audio jack will have two legs, one leg for each of the two
speaker wires.
To use, dip in an epsom salt/water solution and lightly wring out. These
electrodes are then placed on either side of the area to be zapped.

You can run the program just by typing BLASTER5.
If you choose to modify your computer to run the program PROPERLY, then do the
very simple mod to the computer, construct your electrodes, hook'em up and run
BLASTER5.
The duration of the applied frequencies has been found to work best when set
at 5 minutes in most cases. You are expected to set the duration.
You will note, in many cases there are multiple frequencies that are being
applied in sequence during the chosen duration time.
We would greatly appreciate your reports of any problems or successes you
might have should you choose to decide to experiment with this system.
