CORE VALUE:
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our church family is made up of true Christians who believe in only One True God. He personally and eternally exists as God The Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All three are equal. All three are the one true God.
The Lord Jesus Christ has always been the only true Son of God. He became a man and was born from the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus lived a sinless life. He died on the cross for the sins of all people. He rose to life again. He went up into Heaven. He will return to set up His Kingdom. We will all stand before Him in the Final Judgment.
We believe that no one is good enough to live forever in Heaven with God. God saves people through Christ's death and resurrection. Those who believe in Him are forgiven and have eternal life. Eternal life is not a reward for the good things we do. It is a free gift received by faith alone. True believers can never give up eternal life or have it taken away from them. True believers are to do what God wants in love because of what God has done for them. God will reward believers with good things in Heaven because of what they do here on earth by God's power and leading.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, Whom Christ sent to be our Helper here in this earthly life. He gives us strength, wisdom and guidance for our daily lives and relationship to God, through Jesus Christ.
We believe in two Holy Activities commanded by Christ - the Lord's Supper and Believer's Baptism by Immersion
