We started our own worship services on May 2nd of 2004. We have relocated from Gospel Light Baptist Church to begin our own ministry as Triad Baptist Church of the Deaf. We want to invite you to join us to worship and our fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our pastor, Samuel Wood, started the ministry at Gospel Light Baptist Church on October 19th of 2003 and teaches Sunday School and preaches during the worship services. Bro. Samuel also teaches the Discipleship class on Wednesday evening for 10 weeks. We have learned a lot about GOD and Jesus Christ. We want to share it with you, too, so come on and visit with us.
We are located at Main Street Baptist Church (Rooms# 306 and 308) on 126 North Main Street in Kernersville, NC. The building is behind the church. Our church is seperate from the hearing church.
Our church schedule:
Sunday School..........................10:00 am
Sunday Morning Service...............11:00 am
Sunday Afternoon Service.............2:00 pm
Tuesday Evening Prayer group.......6:00 pm
Wednesday Evening Bible Study......7:00 pm
We also have Men's Fellowship for breakfast on one Saturday morning each month at 8:00 am and Women's Fellowship on one Friday evening at 6:00 pm. once a month. We also have visitation on Saturdays at 9:00 am. We have a lock-in for Teens on one Friday night once a month. We have nursery for infants and toddlers during the services. We also have a children's ministry program during the services. We provide a voice interpreter during the services for the hearing.
We have luncheon (on your own and/or potluck) on Sundays in between the services so you won't have to drive home and back for the second service.
