Below is the deposit form that is to be filled out if you are sending a deposit on one of our puppies. Please fill out the form to the best of your ability. There is a security question that has been discussed with you via e-mail or phone conversation that must be included on this form. If this question is not in the correct location on this form when you submit it to my e-mail.. the form will be ignored as a prank... The entire form is located on the contract page of this site and it should be read and fully understood before you fill this form out and send it to me.

**Please fill in the names of the puppy's parents and date of birth, if possible, the sex and three desired colors in the order of desirability that this deposit is intended for. If color and/or sex is of no imporatance -state so.
**Please fill in the amount of deposit ;when the balance will be paid, & how deposit is being sent to seller ( Western Union, Postal Money Order ect. )(Deposits must be at least 150$.
*As the buyer of the dog I have read and understand the deposit form on the contract page of this site. I understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and if i cannot full-fill the deposit contract all money is forfeited to the seller.
