If there is not at least one live puppy from this breeding , owner of female can bring the SAME female back to __________________________ Kennels for a return breeding to the same stud, (if available). If there is not at least one (1) live puppy from the 2nd breeding, the owner of the female has the option to substitute a different female to the same stud OR a different stud to the SAME female. This contract is good for three attempts only. Repeat breedings will be given only to the person listed above. If ownership of the female changes this contract is null and void. **** CONDITIONS****1. If only one puppy results from this breeding then the females owner has the option to consider this choice puppy OR to pay cash amount of $____________ to keep the puppy. In either case-- a repeat breeding will be given. If the bitches ownership changes during her pregnancy period ( 60-65 days)-- this contract stays in effect. 6. If necessary ____________________________Kennel may substitute another stud if the above said dog is no longer available for a repeat breeding. 7. There will be no unnecessary treatment done to the female during any attempts to breed this dog. Females safety will be considered first and foremost. Owner of stud dog does, however, have permission to seek medical treatment in an emergency situation. 8. Owner of female will be responsible for any medical charges incurred to persons from this dog, if necessary. 9. If, after being returned to the owner, the puppies have to be aborted for any reason due to negligence of the owner , this contract is null and void. The following conditions apply: ** Dog is NOT to be bred until she reaches at least one year of age. **Breeder/Seller will furnish a stud if available to breed with said dog. If there is not a stud available, dog is to be bred to a stud that is agreed upon by BOTH the seller and the buyer. If buyer wants to use a stud other than the one offered by _______________Kennel.. seller must approve the stud and the buyer is responsible for any and all stud fees/agreements. **ADBA/UKC/ACA registration papers will be in BOTH names until the terms of the contract have been met with seller recieving the registration papers after they have been sent to the registry in BOTH names. Seller agrees to send buyer a copy of the registration papers. At the time that ______________SAMPLE___ Kennel receives the puppy (puppies) AND the appropiate registration papers as agreed upon in the above described terms then full registration will be turned over to the buyer. Seller will choose pick puppy(ies) between 6 and 8 weeks of age. Buyer agrees to make the ENTIRE litter available to the seller for choice puppy/puppies to be made. Buyer understands that they are responsible for all expences incurred in delivery and rearing of the puppies. Puppies will have recieved the appropiate vaccinations and de-wormings for their age when seller takes pic puppy(ies). All ownership of any puppies resulting from breeding said dog will be immediately turned over to the seller. ** Seller is not to be held liable for any injuries and /or damages to persons and/or property incurred by this dog after the date signed below.
