Quality Mini Rex and Californians
As with many people that show rabbits, we started with a 4H project back in 2002. We have pretty much stayed with just the two breeds we started out with, Mini Rex and Californians. Through years of trial and error, and alot of good advice from mentors, we have developed a quality line of rabbits that started with stock from nationally recognized lines. We enjoy experimenting with genetics, body types, fur, etc. When one of our home raised rabbits does well, it's really a thrill, and I guess that's what keeps us all interested in this hobby! Sometimes we spend hours in the barn "playing" with the rabbits, and try to handle and talk to them as much as possible. Most don't seem to mind, and we really enjoy it, too.
