The Tau of Anubis

Stranger, I bid you greetings in the name of the Tau and Anubis.

If you are reading this then you will have encountered one of our messenger drones and are therefore a spacefaring race. Soon you will see more evidence of us, this is no cause for alarm.

When you encounter one of our ships or outposts then welcome it. We have much to offer a faithful friend. We are one cadre of five castes, and of one people. We follow the way of the God of the Dead, Anubis. The Earth caste build and manufacture our goods and arms, the Air caste pilot and navagate, the Water caste liaise and arbitrate, the Fire caste guard our holdings and obiliterate our enemies. All are bound to the dream of bringing a new way to the grand universe.

Greetings, friends of The Greater Good, I have returned, I deeply apologize for my absence. I have been serving on Kronus, for Vior'La, the T'Au Expiditionary force has been the leading force on Kronus, but we are here to help. The Service for The Greater Good knows no bounds. The Undead Ones, or the Necrons as many Gue'la know them, have been claiming many Tau lives, Lord Anubis has consulted me on these ancient ones,

"They may seem soulless, but they do have a soul, hellbent on claiming more lives and bringing absolute destruction to life of the Galaxy, all for their remaining 2 dark gods, The Nightbringer, being the leading force..."

We have a Tombworld on Vior'la, but It has been contained and the Necrons there still slumber. We are hoping to use this for research, to put these Ancient Souls to Rest again.

96:18:42:16 UNTIL WARP STORM IMPACT

Greetings, Brothers and Sisters of the Tau Empire, As I am sure very few of you know a Massive 'Warp Storm' is approaching Medusa V. Unfortunate as it may be, it will provide us with our last missing technological feat, Warp Travel! Many of you do not know of 'Warp Travel', warp travel is like what you may know as 'Hyperspace' It opens a hole in the Space - Time Continuum, a warp, that allows lightspeed travel from planet to planet. The Anubian Hunter Cadre is en route to Medusa V as we speak, to spearhead this research. It is to examine the the Warp phenomenon known as Van Grothe's Rapidity. If we can harness the Perils of the Warp, like the Human Empire has done, we will be able to colonize all over the galaxy and attack any foe, wherever they may be. However, The Warp is a double edged sword, If it is not navigated with the utmost caution, the ship will fall victim to the Perils of the Warp, and even possibly fall into the dreaded Eye Of Terror. My Destroyer The Scorpion already has a hyperdrive capibility, but it is limited and hard to reproduce for Tau Ships. Our shadow, an ally of sorts, the Shadow Elites are also heading to Medusa V to Oppose Archon No'Akei, for Asdrubael Vect, in hopes of gaining his favor. Until again Brothers and Sisters, Stay Safe, Stay well, We WILL Harness the Warp!

The New Army Force has arrived, along with a new Codex: Tau Empire, Ive made several updates on the site all over, so take a look.

 New reinforcements are coming THIS week from T'Au Direct. I requisitioned the last Division of my Sector. It is the New Imperial Army Division (with a Spec-Ops Ethereal). It also includes the NEW Codex (10 days before the individual release).

Also I have re-aquired a Camera, so I will be uploading Pics of my force, along with battle coverage Pics. I hope to also make a new Banner.

The Anubian Hunter Cadre and I are still alive, we just haven't had any conflicts recently. Also I have been buisy with Exams, class selections for next year and other assorted things. The new units to the Tau Empire are bringing a fresh breath to our Tactics, and since The AnHC is an Experemental Force, we will be getting first pick of the newest Mecha, Armour, and Troops.

The new units from T'Au have arrived, the XV-81 Crisis and the Tigershark AX-1-0 with 5 Air Caste Members (2 Pilots, 3 Ground Crew/Mechanics) They are being primed and painted to the AnHC's scheme. They should be ready for conflict within a week.

Recently, a Shas'O (Commander) has been winning monumental battles in the Struggle for Vor'Anoth against the scourge of Orks, her name is Shadowsun, she uses her own custom XV battle armor and a Drone Retinue. She is grand warrior, and we at the Anubian Hunter Cadre HQ hope she will grace us with her presence in battle. Here she is pictured below.

A TIHC Ethereal-Prophet, Aun'Va, is en route to Vior'La to oversee our progress, and assist us in battle. He will be a valuable asset to our forces.

The TIHC is field testing new armaments for use by the Armed Forces of the Tau Empire. Sniper Drones. The Technical specifications are not to be released yet, but here is a picture.

The Anubian Hunter Cadre, in light of its recent sucesses: infiltrating Valhalla, several won battles, and minimal casualties, has been allowed to requisition special renforcements by the TIHC.

These pictures were taken while GR-221 was on landfall pursuing an Eldar Craft.
More have been recieved but have not been released to the public as of yet, they are being witheld by TIHC until further notice.

TIHC (Tau Imperial High Command) Has released news of a new unit for the Tau Armed Forces, the Vespid. Its stats and abilities are still under wraps from the public, but here is a picture of the Vespid in field testing. We are scheduled for a supply of these troops as soon as their field tests and traning is complete.
