You are all probably dying for an explanation for everything. I'm going to make this easy for you: I'll say a quick version, and then rant on in the long version if you wish to read that much.

QUICK VERSION: I'm kind of tired of doing all this. I most likely will reopen SP as a 'feline information site', so to speak, as opposed to a 'warriors fansite', because there's not much point in trying anymore. If I decide to do this, the site will reopen sometime in the summer and will be quite incredible. If I decide not to do it, I'll just let you all know here sometime in the summer. However, the forums (Victorious) will still be open. And I'll still be active there. And maybe if people are actually nice to me I'll be more willing to reopen SP.

LONGER VERSION: Yeah. So, I'm really, really, really, really, REALLY tired of doing this. And I am finally coming to the realizationf of how stupid I've been - I've been doing all this work, when other sites have already done the same thing. Yeah, I try to do the same in my own "unique and awe-inspiring way", but when no one seems to be awe-inspired by my work, I don't feel good about myself, ya know?
Yes, I agree, there are a handful of wonderful people who have been there for me, who have enjoyed my hard work, and who have overall just been so kind and respectful towards me. On the other hand though, people have told me that I suck and I should just give up, and there are SO MANY CHEESEHEADS that just LOVE to steal all my work. For your information, it's ILLEGAL. I can't take any more of it. So if you're all sad and upset that SP is gone, well, you can blame the idiots who decided to tick me off.
Another thing, if you haven't noticed, Warriors Wish is practically... perfect. And I really admire all the hard work Blizz has done. But I seriously have to raise the white flag at this point, because it's so obvious I'll never catch up to what she has accomplished. I spend so many hours on SP that I've started to realize how much of a complete waste it has been. For all that time, I could have practically written and published a novel and become rich. Maybe a couple novels. Who knows. I've just decided to sort out my priorites, and life is the top one.

I don't know if I want to continue the site or not. If I do, I'm going to revise it into a whole new site, making it more of a feline informational site rather than a Warriors fansite. I don't read the books anymore. And to be honest, I'm really sick of writing profiles and writing about the books and spending so much time dissecting them. I think it's a waste of my time. But since I already know so much about cats, it'd be easy to make a cat site, and it'd still be beneficial to the Warriors society. (for RPG and the like)
However, I'm STILL debating on whether to do even that or not. It would be fun, and I'd be really sad to completely give up on SP. But whether or not I have the time and/or energy to do this is still in the question. Next year is my senior year at high school. Unlike 99% of the students, I'm actually taking classes that aren't electives next year! GASP! I don't fall under the "hey since it's senior year let's be lazy and do a bunch of easy electives" group. I'm actually taking two AP classes and five core classes that will have a LOT of homework. I'm also going to be in colorguard for marching band, winterguard, key club, FFA, and two of next year's drama productions. On top of that, I also have church, friends, chores, and possibly a job (if I can get one). So sparing hours for website management will most likely not be able to happen.

If I do make this cat site, I'm going to rename it so it's not StarClan Prophecies anymore. I know, sad. I never really liked the name anyways, because after naming the site, I found out majority of Warriors websites had "StarClan" in their titles. I didn't want to rename it, but then again, I hated being similar to everyone else. And I'm going to close down the topsites, because no one uses them, and a billion spammers sign up. The forums will still be open though.

I don't think I really have anything more to say. I could go on and on ranting about stuff, but I'm not in the mood. And I have essays to write. If you would like to "feel a part of" SP, I suggest you join our RPG. We recently revamped it because all our members became inactive, and we are now a stray cat RPG as opposed to a Warriors RPG. However, we are still "Warriors-like" in our overall sense, and we are a friendly community for writing, graphic design, art, discussions, etc. We love new members, and I'm sure you'd enjoy yourself there. Please remember though that the role play IS advanced, so join if you're up to the challenge.
I'm going to keep updates on the site at VRPG, so if you're anxious to know if we'll open soon or when, simply join Victorious, rather then checking this dead page all the time. Because I won't update this until I'm a week from opening the new site or when I decide I won't do it. Here's a lovely link to the forums:

IF YOU SEND ME EMAILS saying how you would like to "adopt" all of my content so it may still be put to good use, I'm going to laugh at you and block you from my email address.
And if you send me emails saying how you'd be willing to do any and all work that I don't want to in order to keep SP alive, I'll laugh at you as well and block you from my email address.
And yet again, if you send me emails where you want to be the new owner of SP (as if you won it at some bidding auction) I will hunt you down, find where you live, and TP your house. And laugh at you. As if I'd just hand over my hard work for someone else to take the credit for.
In a nutshell, don't send me spam. It's IRRITATING.
If you ever do need to contact me though, feel free to at ivystar[at]rocketmail[dot]com.

Again, I appreciate everyone who has been kind to me and has helped me along. You are all greatly loved. I'm sorry SP has come to this, but I've taken too much and I can't continue any longer. There's no point, it's a waste of my time, and it's not making any significant impact on the Warriors society. Maybe the new feline site will.
On that note, I bid thee all farewell, unless you're on Victorious. Affiliates do not have to link to my site anymore, but if you'd like to stay affiliates if I open the site again, simply email me saying so and I'll keep you on a list.

Long live the Warriors series! (or something like that I guess)
