ARBA RABBITRY # 

Talisien Lionheads is a small rabbitry located in Ottawa Ontario Canada. We currently breed only lionheads. Our goal is to breed lionhead rabbits that represent the breed in type, mane, and overall appearance. We strive for large manes that stay full in senior animals, correct body type, and friendly personality. All of our Lionheads come from excellent breeding lines such as Cimmaron, Legendary, DJ's, Bunny Hutch, and Manely's.

Our rabbits are handled each and every day and are first and foremost our pets! Our rabbitry is cleaned daily, and kept in top condition. I kept very detailed records on each rabbit that comes into our home.

The lionhead is a fairly new breed in North America and is not fully recongized by ARBA. Although most shows will accept entries for exhibition only. There is more detailed information about showing Lionheads on my Info page. Lionheads change in appearance quite drastically as they grow. Sprouting fuzz all over the body only to shed most of it out leaving manes and often a little flank wool once they mature. 

All my bunnies will be tattooed before they leave my home. All of my lionheads are double maned and fully pedigreed (unless otherwise indicated). I wean my kits at approximately week six, and they will become available to leave for their new homes at week eight. I like to make sure everyone is eating well, happy and healthy before sending them off. I do consider trades, and discounts are available on purchases of three or more rabbits.   I only ask that you take a moment to read through my guarantee and sales policy before purchasing one of my rabbits. All of my bunnies are sold with a full pedigree, unless specified as "pet".
