If you're unsure about what exactly you'll be getting, please ask me to link you to some examples of images for that category. All prices are approximate, as actual price will go up or down depending on the character(s) being drawn. :)

PRICES
Character Sketch: Pencil or ink (blue or black). A character lineart in pencil/ink, possibly with some simply
shading. The linework might be a little rough. The cost would vary
depending on the simplicity or detail of the character, but the general
price is about 2 or $3.
Character Drawing: Pencil or ink (blue or black, possibly red and purple, too). This could be considered the "upgraded" version of the previous drawing type. The lineart would be clean and complete but without shading unless you ask for it. Again, cost varies depending on what's being drawn, but this would be about 4 to $6 and up. Digital shading and india ink (greyscale shading) are also available.
Color Shading: Ink and colored pencil. Similar to the above option, for about $12 you would receive a clean character lineart with shading done in color. You choose a base color (EG: red) and I shade the image with 3 - 4 different relevant shades. Very good for mood pieces, and I'll do any color you like! (Except black. Black isn't a color!;;)
Colored Image: Ink and colored pencil. Image is drawn with ink and colored with colored pencils. Shading styles can vary; I can do a couple of different techniques. (You can choose, or I'll just choose on my own, depending on the mood of the drawing.) A full-color character image would be between 10 and $12 for human figures and 12 and $15 for Sonic style. If you want a full background, add around $5 to the total. (If there's an abundance of grass in the background, that might affect the price, too.) Bear in mind that my skill with backgrounds and perspective is very weak, and fairly limited. A simple background (little perspective, little detail) would affect the price minimally.

I do not expect payment until the image is completed. (It's easier to price something that's done than something that isn't!) When the image is finished, I will send you the final cost, and after you've paid, I'll send a scan of the finished version and mail out the original if you asked me to.
Unfortunately, I can only accept cash and
money order. If you wish to pay by PayPal, I can propose a trade--there
is merchandise I want online, so I'm sure I can find something I want
(shipping included!) that's equal to the price of your commission. :)
QUESTIONS?
What can you draw?
I can do Sonic
the Hedgehog and cartoon style characters as well as humans in a
meshed cartoon/anime style. I enjoy drawing cheerful images. I will do anthro to some extent, but won't do paws for hands/feet. (I consider characters in the Sonic style
to be cartoons, and not "anthro".) I won't
do anything violent, gory or suggestive. Basically, it has to
be considered within the "PG" rating. I will not draw anything I'm
uncomfortable with, and retain the right to refuse to draw such images.
I also will not draw comics. :>
At maximum, I will draw three characters in an image.
I am also willing to draw fluffy romance (hetero, shonen and shoujo-ai are all fine) or friendship pictures. I will not draw Sonic characters kissing. D:
