Tadakatsu Sonny Kawano, Taiko Master, is a Japanese drummer from Kyoto, Japan.
He started drumming in 1992 and studied with masters of traditional style drumming, and singing from various places all around Japan.
In 1996, he got his own equipments, and formed a performing group LAIKA with members among Kyoto and Osaka area in 1998.
Since then, he has performed for various events, fashion shows, or TV productions.
He also had experiences of giving classes for both students and music teachers by request from the board of education in Osaka.
He worked with Cirque du Soleil after started performing in Quebec.
Also he performed at Cegep de Ste-Foy, College d'Alma, Expo Quebec, Domain Forge, La Fete des Chants de Marines, and etc...
