Starting Weight…oh boy you ready for this one, I'm not…244 pounds (never again!!!) This is the first time I have ever truely faced the fact that I am/was really overweight and put it out there for others to know.

4/25/06 - How I love WW...I did it again, I hit another goal. Under 160 by the end of April!!! Gosh it feels so good to know it has be done and it's just so motivating for me to know how far I've come. To think, only .2lbs until I hit 85 pounds - gone...wow that is sooo much weight. I didn't go away this past weekend, and I didn't make it to gym on Saturday or Sunday but I did walk on the TM for 90 minutes each day. I also walked on the TM and rode the stationary bike at my office gym on Tues and Thursday nights and got up early Monday and Wed and walked on the TM at home before work for 30 minutes. I have to try to get in more Weight/strength Training...to tone up more. I have to admit, I look in the mirror and I don't see the difference. BUT I did video tape myself when I first started and almost every month since. So If I go watch it I'm sure I'll see it. I just need to try and focus on how great I feel more then how I look...it's so hard to do that in our world today...those darn celebrates and the pressure of being a women. So for next week I'll lose at least the .2 pounds needed to hit 85lbs...That will be another wonderful day!!!
4/19/06 - Oh it's another Happy day in Tabitha's world. Down another .8lbs. I thought for sure I would have gained a couple pounds from eating some chocolate and peeps and ice cream and even cake (even though it was Angel food cake) - that was only on Saturday and Sunday - but I did bust my butt at the gym during the week. Made it running (for 20 minutes) and walked (30 minutes) every night Monday - Friday. I also walked on the TM at home Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 40 minutes before work. I'm going away for the weekend to see family and usually do pretty good when I'm with them, so hopefully I'll lose 2 pounds next week and hit 85pounds...fingers crossed!! But if I lose 1 pound I'll be just as happy too, cause my goal is 160 by the end of April and that is next week already....wow. Well till next week...
4/11/06 - I'm so excited...I just got back from WI and I did it, I lost those 2.8 pesky pounds and then some...whoooooohooooo!!! Another WW member challenged me to lose 5 pounds this week, and I did it! What a great why to get motivated again. I was getting a little nervous cause I was losing that energy to stay on track. But it is back and I WILL hit my next goal of getting to 160...it may, hopefully happen at the next weigh in. This week I took 2 spinning classes and ran 2 other days. It was a great weekend for my workouts!
4/4/06 - Okay time to kick it into hi gear and get those 2.8 + pounds off...even though there were a couple gains I feel great. I don't want to keep losing so fast that I have that dreadful loose skin that so many are affraid of....slow and steady is the best way to go and I know this!!
I've been doing spinning classes and LOVE them. I even look forward to them....what a great exercise!! AND I started to run/jog some, so hopefully that will help me to start losing again. Hmm maybe I'll do a 5K this summer?!?!
Look out 160, I will be there within the next month...I CAN and WILL DO IT!! and then 150 is right around the corner...
