Patriot has great conformation with over-all balance, a deep girth, long hip, short back, plenty of muscle, and a beautiful head.  Patriot stands 14.3 hands high and is very quick and agile.  He has beautiful, floating movement and is an extremely smooth ride.  Patriot is very intelligent and learns quickly, as do his foals.  He has a very quiet disposition, and everyone who meets him comments on how sweet he is!  Patriot produces foals with that same people-oriented, attention-seeking personality.

Click here to see Patriot's pedigree.  He is bred for versatility, and his foals make great all-around prospects.  Patriot's sire is a finished roping horse, and his dam is an own daughter of Our Hide N Seeker.  Patriot has two AQHA Supreme Champions on his papers - Goldseeker Bars and Wonder Seeker.  In the fourth generation of his pedigree, he also has names such as Three Bars, Spanish Joy, Leo, Otoe's Wonder, and Jet Smooth.

We believe Patriot to carry both the grey gene and the roan gene.  He has both roans and greys in his pedigree.  He does possess roan characteristics such as scratches growing back his base color (black).

So far, the colors that Patriot has produced are as follows:
3 blacks
1 blue roan
1 blue roan/grey
1 grey (could be a roan or a roan/grey - too soon to tell)
1 dark chestnut (possibly a roan or a grey - too soon to tell)
1 sorrel (possibly a roan or a grey - too soon to tell)

Patriot is being offered for sale at $3500.  Please contact us for more information.
This is a great opportunity to purchase a quality stallion for your breeding program.  Patriot sires quality foals and is an excellent color producer, carrying both the roan gene and the grey gene.  Click here to see his foals.  Patriot has a sweet, friendly disposition and also possesses excellent conformation.  If he was any taller, I would be advertising him as a halter prospect.  He was broke to ride as a two-year-old and has been used for breeding since that time.  He could easily be started back under saddle for someone who wanted a using horse or possibly even a show horse.
