Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my site! I started this to keep a record of my weight loss journey. My highest weight was 214 and I started Weight Watchers at 203.6. I am trying to get healthy for my upcoming wedding and for the future I'm making with my soon to be husband and the kids we plan to have some day. I come from a long line of food addicts and over weight, unhealthy people. I love my parents, but the genes they gave me are not so good! I'm 22 and already I have higher cholersterol levels then my doctor would like to see. I need to fix that and there is no better time then now! I have always been "sturdy" as my mom would say. I was 150 in highschool but mostly muscle. I would like to get to 140 because I don't ever remember seeing that weight on a scale!
