In previous years, Scouts were required to attend Town Meeting because the merit badge requirements asked them to discuss the published budget presented at the meeting, and budgets are only presented at Town Meeting. The budget requirement has been removed, so Scouts now have three options: Town Meeting, selectmen's meeting, or school committee meeting. |
