The Logic Audio Environment page is the most wonderful, the most incredible, the most amazing thing ever invented. It is a place to create Environment Pages ( I call them MIDI Music Models ).

This is a cabling diagram for an Eight Track Mixer and an Effects Unit. It has more than one input. You can control the mixer using the external mixer unit, or the environment mixer. The mixer also receives controlers and META events from the sequencer event list; it sends out controllers to the mixer via the computer.

The Environment can be used to create MIDI Models or Control Panels for Recording Studio Mixing Desks, Synthesiser Mixers, Studio Effects Units, Drum Machines. Any MIDI Device can be mapped within the Environment then be programmed from the Score Page, Event List, Hyper Editor, Arrange Window or half way down the road.
