Results
Our Association has produced a number of medalists at National Ground Fighting Competitions. In fact on 3 occasions we took a team of 3-4 Judoka to the AEJF's National Newaza (Judo Ground Work) Championships. Each time we came away with a minimum of 4 Medals.
March 2006: 2 Golds, 2 Silver, 1 Bronze
July 2006:7 Medals: 3 Gold, 2 Silver, 2 Bronze.
November 2006*: Despite there being an 'invasion' of Proffesional Cage and Vale Tudo fighters SWSDA Grappling still came away with 4 medals: 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze.
