The process

1. To recieve a quote, you must first decide which product or package you would like to receive a quote for!
2. Fill in the form to the right - making sure to fill in only what you want. To ensure you get exactly what you want, give as much information as possible. If you do not require a certain field, please leave it blank.
3. When you have finished, click send, and your order wil be complete!
4. Within hours, one of our staff will carefully consider your order, We have a very strict policy on how fair our quotes are.
5. We will then reply to your e-mail, stating if your order is possible at that time, estimated time to complete, and your quote.
6. If you are happy with the quote, please reply to the e-mail. We will begin work within the next few days. (Unless otherwise stated)
7. When we have completed your order, we will proof copy our work, and e-mail you a preview. If you are happy with the preview, you must reply stating you are happy, and also state any changes that must be made.
8. After these step have been completed, you will receive an e-mail requesting payment.
9. This proccess will be repeated until you are happy with your order. This ensures you get only the highest quality output!
   (After 3 repetitions, an extra charge of 5 dollars will be added)
10. When all this is complete, you will recieve a request for payment through paypal. When the money has been recieved, we e-mail you all the required files!
