Osvaldo Patrizzi Responds

If Truth Be Told .......                                  (Jan. 5, 2009)

Despite persistent declarations by Antiquorum that the company is financially sound, another law suit is being prepared for the Swiss courts. This time, it's the Spanish gentleman who consigned his collection for Antiquorum's May sale of 2008, who is still owed a huge amount of money, contrary to what  Antiquorum Geneva's management wants us to believe. The consignor, Mr. A.G. has begun proceedings after numerous attempts to collect his ChF 4,936,843.60 (approx. $4.5 million ) which was the majority of that May sale.

Perhaps Mr. A.G. will be as fortunate as Grafiche Mariano was, seeing as they received their money at the last minute of the last day before  entering into the legal proceedings which would have forced Antiquorum into bankrupcy. However, Grafiche was paid with whose money -  the vendors of the latest Geneva auction??  And if this is the case, who will be the next victim?

My next point is directed to you, Mr. Bob Maron.  Once upon a time, I thought you to be an honest man, and that your involvement in Antiquorum's recent affairs was due to your sense of opportunism.  You can imagine my surprise when I recently viewed an email that was written by Evan Zimmerman to Yo Tsukahara in early September, 2007 (just 30 days after the hold-up of Antiquorum), indicating that you, Bob Maron, would be interested in investing money in the company.  I knew that you and Evan were close, but in my naive', it took a long time for me to realize that you too have been a co-conspirator all along. I have no doubt that you will get what you deserve.
