Osvaldo Patrizzi Responds

Happy Anniversary Zimmerman & Tsukahara

One year has passed since the "hold-up" of the Geneva offices, August 2nd, 2007.  Who is celebrating though? The results of one year of the new management or the new owners speak for themselves.  If we take a brief overview of the last year, we could summarize the extraordinary coalition's achievements as follows:  DISASTROUS.

It took me approx. 35 years to build Antiquorum into the number one company of its kind and you, both Evan and Yo, have taken less than 6 months to run it into the ground.  Your agony is tangible.  I have noticed that in your auction calender there is no longer a Geneva September Auction.  The Summer Vox has also been canceled - what a shame! How do you plan to pay the future expenses and all of your accumulated debt if you have only one auction in Geneva, thus, no income?  Is it that you believe in the Chase miracle?  Do you really think that Bernie is so naive that he will continue to maintain non-productive people who take enormous salaries, maintain offices that make no profit, and pay all the other expenses of a company incapable of collecting important merchandise at the correct price? Do you really think that Bernie Chase's stock, or the pieces purchased by Bob Maron are enough to keep Antiquorum going?!  You must be joking!

I would conclude my analysis of the past year's situation in three points:

--First, you have lost Antiquorum's reputation

-- Second - you have lost Antiquourm's  expertise

-- Thirdly - you have no new ideas or innovations

Therefore, as I see it, you have no chance of survival, at least at the level of international auctioneering.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY GUYS, and you should be proud of your accomplishments!
