The Swifts Flyball Team (Bristol)

We video our training sessions from time to time to make sure the dogs are doing what is expected of them. 

We have found that any problems show up better on video than when watching with the naked eye.

With box work, we are able to make sure that the dogs are consistantly doing a proper swimmers turn and haven't slipped into any bad habits that may cause injury at some point.

In order to improve fitness and stamina, we regularly train the dogs over eight 12" jumps or twelve 7" jumps.

This also helps with stride patterning. We do not ask our newer dogs to do these exercises until they have built up their stamina and fitness by quite a lot first.
