SweetViolet Custom Designed Cakes

My sugar art adventure began as simply as baking at home with my mom and grandma.

My mother dabbled some in cake decorating when I was younger-It wasn't untill my sister married and asked me to do her  wedding cake that I became more serious!

I have always enjoyed organizing and planning parties and events  and now I have the good fortune to participate in peoples special events by providing part of the celebration! It doesn't get much better than that ! 

Part of the thrill of the art is planning just how to execute a design in a totally edible medium! Sure it is easier to to take shortcuts and sometimes there is no way around it  However, whenever possible that is my goal!

The next step forward is a fully operational commercial kitchen!
