This zine opens with a cute story entitled "Cornelia and Timothy" about discovering zines and involving a spider! Also included is a gallery of spider drawings and a piece called "Further Adventures in Zineing." This zine is quite creative and each comes with a colored spider stamped on the cover!

Brown Rot returns after 5 years!! Dan has included a piece called "United States of Apathy", and talks about the Nestle boycott, the CIA using black highlighters, going beyond just recycling, and includes an interview with me! Taylor says "If issue #15 of Cultor-Sore was my one last shot, this issue, #16 is my first big shot." I was excited to read this zine and thank goodness for me it lived up to my expectations! #16 is divided into 4 sections of "Time", "Space", "Stories", and "Media". Taylor talks about neighbors, driving, old friends, dreams, and SO much more. This zine is so well done, you can't go wrong!

Sarah's 24 hour zine is a collection of love letters to those she cherishes most - and it's all printed on pink paper!! She writes to many people/things including her family, cookies, girls who wear glasses, and James Spader. This is a super fun zine that makes you remember to be happy for the great things you have and enjoy!

Delectable, "an academic-y zine full of pop culture theory", is brought to us by Miranda of The Pleiades. This is a new sort of zine for Miranda, but smart and interesting. She explores subtext and slash as related to "Buffy", "House", and "Boston Legal." I don't watch any of these shows but still found Miranda's analysis to be informative. Check this one out!

"I've made friends with my parasites, the same way that I've gotten in good with the bugs and insects. That's why it won't be easy to see them go, even though I know it's necessary." Dan talks about why bugs are cool, why we need them, among other things. Are the bugs a metaphor? This zine has a very melancholy tone.

This was a difficult zine for me to write a description for because the style was a little unconventional. It's not about anything specific, yet it's about everything. This zine is all textand flows in a more stream of conscious type of style than divided into topics. Dan is doing his soul-searching right here on paper and has been kind enough to share it with us, so read!

Dan stopped doing his zine The Family Geek awhile back but he says "that doesn't change the fact that I am the (self-proclaimed) geek in my family - the big nerd of my bloodline. I make observations that could only be made by the geekiest of the bunch. Now that I have your attention, why shouldn't I share them?" Dan thinks his observations are geeky, but I think they're human and true. I connected with so much of what Dan writes in this zine - he always says what is real. I liked his choice of illustrations as well!
