Welcome to the ''Swallow This...'' Homepage! ''Swallow This...'' are an up and coming heavy rock/metal band in the Hampshire area. There influences range from Lynyrd Skynyrd to Metallica from Pantera to Led Zeppelin. The band have been playing together for 8 months, although the line up has changed slightly the band members are now firmly in place and will be coming to a venue near you soon!
