Who's Sam...
I thought it might be nice to share with you a little bit about 'moi'...
My first love is writing and everyone who knows me knows how passionate I am about it! Creating ad campaigns, writing articles and all that gives me great joy. In fact, I used to publish a newsletter/ezine called "Boomer Brigade!" and was a contributing editor for a few others (I miss it, too).
Working on the Net runs a very close second love interest. It's always nice to be able to make extra income, but there's so much more that feeds my soul here. What I love most about the Net is that it levels the playing field. Everyone has the same shot at success. I have been so fortunate to meet so many diverse people who are on the same page and if what I do for them helps achieve more of what they want whether it's financial success, personal happiness, peace of mind, etc. I've had a very good day!
One thing I have learned unequivocably about the Net - the importance of diversification! That's why as you visit my other pages you will see that I am involved in several businesses. Friends call me a kind of one-stop Net shopping. But, while some may think I am stretching myself too thin, let's not forget I have the capability of utilizing many sources of extensive marketing that I can use for different purposes every day. I spend less time advertising/marketing than many of my acquaintances!
Now, I know many swear by them (and I totally understand why) but the one thing I don't take advantage of is an autoresponder. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose, but my preference is communicating to people personally and getting to know them.
Thankfully, I am blessed with high energy because besides this I work outside my home as an Assistant Property Manager for a large residential complex. Permit me to brag a little: I'm also mom to two lovely girls (oh, alright, young women!), Leslie and Stephanie. They're bright, friendly, compassionate and I'm proud of them. Other favorites of mine: reading, listening to all kinds of music, tv and movies (especially black & white classics). I enjoy chess but you couldn't find a worst card player.
Basically, I'm just a regular, everyday kind of person with dreams, like you. I suppose that accounts for my love of working on the Net. We may be pigeon-holed in the brick and mortar world, but on the Net we're as free as birds!
My Net businesses have made the world smaller and friendlier for me. It's also educational. I've made SO many great global acquaintances and still find it amazing that thanks to email I can be 'talking' to a fellow U.S. citizen one minute and someone in Australia, Canada, Japan, India, France, Switzerland, New Zealand or South Africa the next!
So if you're thinking I may be 'all over the place', you're right - and you know what? I don't plan to stop 'til I drop because, truthfully, I am loving this!
