Alcoholic

Easy Sorbet Shooters

Spoon/Scoop Sorbet into shot glasses (you can use any kind of cup, including disposable for easy clean up!) and pour flavored Liqueur over.  Chill in freezer for 20 minutes before serving.  Try mixing and combining flavors for a different taste!!

 

Champagne Punch

  • 1 Can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 C Maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 C Lemon juice
  • 1 C Rum
  • ½ C Brandy

Mix and chill, adding nice, chilled brut just before serving.

 

Amaretto Punch

  • 9 C Boiling Water
  • 1½ C Sugar
  • 1-46oz Can Pineapple Juice
  • 1-12oz Can Frozen Lemonade
  • 1-12oz Can Frozen Orange Juice (from concentrate)
  • 3 to 3½ C Amaretto

Stir together all ingredients until disolved and mixed well.  Freeze in bowl or bundt pans until solid (may take a day or two because of alcohol).  Scoop into glasses then pour chilled Lemon-Lime Soda (7-up) over before serving.  Can also let rings float in punch bowl filled with 7 up...if you have trouble getting the frozen ring out of the bundt pan try running cold water over bottom of pan but be careful the punch ring doesn't fall in the sink!!!
