More distantly related were the sons of Alban Prior. In 1911 he was a grocerís assistant in Harting so he might have worked for the Wilds. Alban himself was the son of Henry and Rhoda Prior, Henry being a grocer in Harting. Alban had moved around a bit before returning to Harting. His son Desmond was born Guildford in 1885 and Albert in 1892 in Guildford. Albert was a grocerís assistant like his father in 1911, Henry, born 1896 in Harting a labourer in the brickyard. Desmond was a labourer on estate (probably UpPark).

This appeared in the newspaper or parish magazine for Harting. Unable to trace a Richard Prior connected with Harting yet.
