Are you seeking a change in habit, smoking, nail biting etc. or are you struggling with a health condition or weight issues, perhaps your issues are more to do with stress and its effects on your body, relationships and life?

I help people help themselves using the art of Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) perhaps I can help you to help you?

I don't offer miracle cures, promises or guarantees, what I do offer is a safe, reflective, supportive environment to discover the best way forward for you, helping you to gain balance and control of your life, health and goals.

I am trained in Hypnotherapy, HypnoBirthing®, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Life Coaching, MBTI (Myers Briggs Psychological Type Indicator) RET (Rapid Eye Technology) and NES (Nutri Energetics System).

I have worked in the Charity and Private sector for many years and now I solely devote my time to empowering people using the above approaches.

I work predominantly in Central and North London, Hertfordshire and Essex areas but not exclusively so. I have worked in a number of countries in Europe too.

If are interested in working with me for a particular condition, issue or situation than the first session is usually for about 2 hours and subsequent sessions up to 55 minutes.

HypnoBirthing^® classes are held regularly and these are for expectant Mothers and their birthing partners (husband, friend, Mother, etc). It is a 12.5  hour program and is offered  to groups and individual couples. Parents do need to attend all classes.

These classes are informal, enjoyable, informative and useful to prospective parents who desire to have ‘the best birth possible for them’

I also enjoy being invited to speak to groups and organisations who are interested in knowing more about my work.
