age groups are:  0-12 months; 13MO-2 years; 3-5 YEARS; 6-8 YEARS;9-14 YEARS;  15 and up...One winner per gender/age group...Superme winner cannot become the Division king/queen. 

Side events include most beautiful, best eyes, best smile, best personality, best sibiling pic, cutest moment, westernwear, swimwear, pj's, costume, best dressed, photogenic, overalL NATURAL BEAUTY AND OVERALL GLITZ GAL.  All side events cost $2.00 each...Side events will have all ages together-one winner per event.
