Beautiful Things.

Blessed Things.

So how you doin? Been a while, eh?  I've been longing for the time to just collect my thoughts for a while now, and this is my stolen moment...

This is the year "when things happen", I'm hoping for & expecting results like no other year. There will be obstacles on the way... (i.e.the obstacle that is 'life itself' lol), however I remain optimistic and focused on what goodness lies ahead...

2008 (AKA "Two thousand and GREAT" lol - I cannot take credit for this line, but corr blimey it's fitting! LOL)

 THIS YEAR I'm doing my best to truly be active in the pursuit of my dreams, and even more importantly achieving my own piece of God's Peace....

'Tis forever a journey... as humans, somedays we find ourselves more motivated - and more energetic - than others, but the core principle of success (even beyond talent, and 'luck') is PERSEVERANCE.

Perseverance goes hand-in-hand with BELIEF.... Once you get in tune with your life's purpose, passion and/or talent(s): SET GOALS. Subsequently you have to believe that you are capable of achieving these goals, in spite of disencouragement, and people who "just don't get you".

The way life works, your doubters will either continue to be bitter, or your biggest celebrators (oh, the irony). Either way - GO FOR IT!!!

PS - There are a few updates on the site : I've added two pieces to Poet's Solace (entitled "I'm That Winner" and "The BluePrint"), there's a new entry in my journal (after 1 year and a half!!!) and I've also shared some of my reflections on love in the Beautyfull Love section. Enjoy! xxx

One is slowly but surely coming back to the Land of the Beautifully Creative, and I is LOVIN it...  x

I've been away for a lil while, have grown a lil, changed a lil...         there'll be a few updates on the site comin up shortly.

Woke up his morning and the sun was shining.... in December.         THAT'S what I'm talking about!!!

We face many a struggle in this life, but do not be put off..        persevere... have faith. Don't lose sight of your goals or your             prize awaiting you at the finish line.

Mar 20th 2006 (01:30) - Okay, okay so I've been "longer than frozen turkey" (haha, gota drop dat Amy Winehouse lyric in there) when it's come to updating the site... no excuses.. let's just do this!!! I'm looking to add some more words up here, as I looked over it the other day and realised there were a few thangs stil missing etc. etc.

There's a blog section now... so feel free to reply to my random thoughts/comments/even poems there...

Ooh and the music in the background? That be Sunshine Anderson! Her album was heavy! And so fittin'...
