All of our puppies are raised right inside our home with us.We take great pride in caring for our yorkies.They will be very well socialized when they go to their new home.

We keep our puppies until they are at least 10 weeks of age.Smaller puppies we will keep until they are 12-14 weeks old or reach 2 pounds.Our puppies will be vet checked,at least one set of shots,dew claws removed,wormed,and housetraining started.You will also get a puppy packet with their registration papers,a birth certificate,a purchase agreement,info on hypoglycemia,and a sample of food.

I can only give you a guess of the puppies expected weight as an adult.There is no way to know the exact weight unless you buy an adult.I also will only give a guess of the expected weight when the puppies are 8 weeks old.

Contracts and Health Guarantee:

These are required!!!This MUST be signed in order to have one of our puppies.We will be glad to e-mail you a copy to see.

Deposits:

If you see a puppy you are interested in please e-mail or call  to talk to me about the puppy.If you decide you still want the puppy,a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 will hold that puppy for you.This puppy will NOT be sold to anyone else.At the time you pick up the puppy,the remainder of the price will be due,must be paid by cash.

*The deposit must be paid by  a U.S.postal money order.

*The deposit is refundable only if WE are unable to provide the puppy for any reason.
