Julian
Julian, a.k.a "Jules", is usually the one who comes up with all of the trio's schemes. He has been friends with Ricky and Bubbles since they were kids. He was adopted as a child by Levi and Desiree, and sometimes he asks them for advice. He is never without a rum and coke, and he listens to NWA.
Ricky
"I haven't stolen a ten speed in over two years."
"Why don't you pretend you're someone who's fucking off?"
"Don't you have some off's to fuck?"
Ricky is the best dope grower in the Trailer Park. He has a very quick temper, especially when it comes to Lahey meddling in Julian's plans. He also can't stand being called "Reveen", because his sideburns and moustache look like Reveen's. (Reveen is a magician) He is separated from his wife Lucy, but he looks after his daughter Trinity from time to time. A skill of Ricky's is that he can trick policemen into letting him go even when they catch him red-handed. He does this several times on the TV show, but you will have to watch to see. Ricky likes eating pepperoni sausages and chips, and he likes the band Helix. He thinks Christmas is better in jail, when the only thing on your mind is "getting drunk and stoned with your friends".
Bubbles
"I'd loan you money Ricky, but fuck, I got thirty-eight cats to look after in this park. Do you know how expensive cat food is getting?"
"Stop doing big fucking crimes that cops are going to notice right away. Just do little ones, you know. All kinds of little ones. Steal barbeques. Siphon gas."
Bible Salesman: "Do you know how to read a bible?"
Bubbles: "That all depends. Do you know how to go fuck yourself?"
Bubbles parents had to leave him as a young child and all he has from his early childhood is a vintage bubble making machine they gave him that last Christmas they shared together. He lives in a shed in Julian's backyard and takes care of all of the cats in the park. For a living, Bubbles steals shopping carts and sells them back to the mall. He knows all there is to know about shopping carts, and whenever that knowledge is needed, the people in the park go to Bubbles. Bubbles also loves backyard wrestling, and he wrestles under the name "The Green Bastard from Parts Unknown". Bubbles loves the band Rush, and in one episode he meets Alex Lifeson, a member of the band.
Jim Lahey
"Trailer park supervision is not easy. Most people who try to succeed in this industry do not make the grade"
Lahey: (about Sam Losco) "He's takin' the shit tornado right back to Oz."
Randy: "Well that would make Sam, Dorothy. Right Mr. Lahey?"
Lahey: "Right, Randy."
Randy: "Cops and drugs don't mix, do they Mr. Lahey?"
Lahey: "Like shit and strawberry shortcake, Randy."
Jim Lahey has been Trailer Park Supervisor of Sunnyvale Trailer Park for over sixteen years. He is always trying to keep Julian, Ricky, and Bubbles in check, and his assistant Randy is always there to help him. He used to be a police officer, but for mysterious reasons he was kicked off the force. One thing he has carried over from his cop days is "Shit Talk", where everything can be put into an analogy using the word 'shit'. The quotes above are good examples.
Barb Lahey
Barb Lahey is Jim's ex-wife and she is the owner of the park. She is the only reason that Jim is the Trailer Park Supervisor.
Trina Lahey
Trina Lahey is Jim and Barb's daughter. She visits the park every once and awhile during the summer. She likes Ricky, Bubbles, and Julian, but because her father is Trailer Park Supervisor, she isn't allowed to hang around with them.
Randy
Randy used to play with Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles as a child, but as adults they are enemies. Randy is the Assistant Trailer Park Supervisor, and on weekends he takes over as Trailer Park Supervisor.
Ray
"There's nothing wrong with living in a car man, I did it for nine years. The best years of my life."
Ray is Ricky's dad. He pretends to be in a wheelchair so he can get disability payments. On the other hand, Ray likes to read the Bible, and tries to convince Ricky to read it, too. Ray shares Ricky's love of pepperoni sausages.
Lucy
Lucy is Ricky's wife, but they are separated. She doesn't believe that Ricky is a good father and she and her friend Sarah are always criticising him. Lucy and Sarah have a hair salon in the park that Julian helped start.
Trinity
Trinity is Ricky's daughter, and sometimes Ricky has to look after her. Trinity has a smoking problem, and Ricky finds it hard to support her addiction. She is one of the park's bottle kids, so she enjoys roaming the park throwing glass bottles at unsuspecting bystanders.
J-Roc
J-Roc, a.k.a "The Microphone Assassin", is a white rapper who lives in the park. He talks so black that even his black friends can't understand him. Whenever Julian and Ricky need illegal things such as dope or the equipment to grow it, they go to J-Roc. He is the leader of the Rocpile, Sunnyvale's only gang. His real name is Jamie, but he hates it when anyone calls him that.
DVS
DVS stands for Detroit Velvet Smooth. DVS is a rapper from Moncton, New Brunswick. Originally, he didn't like J-Roc, but now he is J-Roc's manager and friend.
Tyrone
Tyrone, a.k.a "T", is J-Roc's friend and is a fellow member of the Rocpile. Before becoming aware that he is black, his name was Tyler, and he hung out with Trevor, Cory, and Jamie.
Sarah
"The only way Ricky is going to get any smarter is if he dies and comes back as a turnip."
"No, J-Roc's not crazy. He just genuinely thinks he's black."
Sarah is Lucy's best friend and is always getting angry at Ricky because he mistreats Cory and Trevor.
Cory and Trevor
 
Cory and Trevor are basically Ricky's henchmen who have to do all his dirty work. He is always swearing at them and stealing their smokes and chips. They rap under the names Prime Minister (Cory) and T-Bag (Trevor) . Cory (on the left) has cornrows and Trevor (on the right) has a mullet.
Levi and Desiree
Levi and Desiree are Julian's adoptive parents. They got Ricky a job as a garbage man, but that didn't last.
Mrs. Peterson
Mrs. Peterson is an elderly woman who lives in the park who is like Julian's grandmother. Sometimes Julian has to look after her dog Sparky when she goes into Halifax.
Jakob
Jakob works at the nearby gas station/convenience store, Yohanna Variety Store. Jakob and Ricky have a less than friendly relationship.
Joey
Joey is friend of J-Roc's who helped Julian and Ricky fix the Shitmobile. He did the job for free.
